Trees "To" Please

Review: [redacted] owner of company Trees "To"Please phone [redacted] came to our home and cut down 4 trees. One tree fell onto a mature pink dogwood that I absolutely loved. Another tree fell onto our concrete driveway and cracked it and it needs fixed. [redacted] tried to have his friend to do him "a favor" and fix it with insufficient materials (neither one of them do concrete professionally). We did not let that happen, because we are giving the right to have a professional concrete company repair our driveway that we have to live with. I told [redacted] that I would get several estimates and that I would get back in touch with him. His business card and the [redacted] ad says he is insured and licensed, he did make a comment about his insurance deductible being $1000.00 and didn't want to file a claim. So everday I have called him for 2 weeks and I have left him messages to please call me back to get this issue resolved and he does not call me back. I would not recommend hiring Trees "To" Please to do any work. He is not man enough and honest enough to fix what happened. [redacted] screens all his calls and never answers his phone. I also had 4 other people interested in getting trees cut down and I told him that. If a business does a good job and the customer is satisfied then they deserve praise, but in this case this business did not come through to fix what their actions messed up and has made this customer unhappy.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to pay for the cracked concrete to get fixed. I got several estimates and the amount needed to fix it is $850.00. This is a professional concrete company fixing the driveway and this is using concrete from a concrete truck not bags of [redacted] that [redacted] friend was going to use.
