This is the absolute WORST apartment I Have ever lived inThe neighborhood is much less than welcomingMy car was constantly being spit on and the side mirrors were broken off times in the months that I lived thereI had mold growing on the air vent near the bathroom that they refused to fix, there were exposed electrical wires in that same air vent (um HELLO fire hazard)I also had an issue with my garbage disposable and maintenance thought It would be appropriate to fix with DUCT TAPE AND A HOSE CLAMPI had attempted robberies, of which I came home in the act and They were able to run away, the third by my boyfriend was home at the time they were trying to remove our window to get inThe office staff refuses to help with anything and they don’t seem to care about the overall experience that I had, so I broke my lease and moved elsewherePlease do not waste your time moving into this complex

I am months into my leaseThe office has tried to make me sign more paper work and asking for my paycheck stubs againI gave this to them when I was approved to move inThe girl in the office is non professional ( rolls her eyes, files her nails and texts on phone) while speaking to youThe gates never workNo assigned parking so the place is full of stolen cars, wrecked cars, non running carsShootings, fights and drug addicts passed out are a common sightThe laundry facilities turn into a homeless shelter at nightPeople are always sleeping in the laundry roomNone of the washers or dryers work properlyChildren run rampant all day, all nightTenants patios according to the lease are not a storage placeThat's laughableThis place is by far disgusting with roachesThe swimming pools are worse than any public pool in the cityDon't move here unless you don't mind the things mentioned above

this was my very first apartment. When I first moved in everything was okay, few months later someone tried breaking into my apartment and left two dogs inside. My patio door was opened, when I always keep it locked. People started spitting on my windows on my car. My fridge stopped working and I call in a request every day for two months. By the time the finally decided to fix it, it west not working at all. So They said I needed to clean up after them. They accused me of having unauthorized animals when I never had any, They have sy security. My car then got vandalized there. The customer service sucks. They give you attitude for no reason. They really do discriminate against people with light skin.
