The gentleman who runs this business is a not reliable at all He scammed us for several thousand dollars for yard cleand tree trimming.....didn't even do any work He sent a couple guys over here one morning and they only spent four hours on the yard Now it looks worse than it did before we hired this guy His excuse was always a "run of bad luck"...he wrecked his truck, got kicked out of his house, it was always something But it didn't stop him from coming over to the house with his hand out wanting more money I would NOT recommend this guy at all He's been working on a yard of one of our neighbors It's been almost a month and they still have a bunch of yard waste and trees limbs in their yard Plus his truck is still sitting there He told me he needed money up front from me to fix the truck but he obviously didn't do that If you're thinking of hiring him to do a job, don't He ripped us off and most likely he will do the same to someone else

Trees Unlimited has to be booked weeks, even months in advance. I did this and they scheduled August 28 2015 for work. They simply did not show up to do tree work. They were unreliable and non-responsive with me. I followed up five times by phone and once my email....no response though they did respond to the person that recommended them ..."we made a mistake etc etc..." I coordinated this with Trees Unlimited ...no response, no apology.... which is no surprise.

There is no reason to wait so long for tree work ..I discovered many other tree cutting specialists (just go to Homeadvisors or Angie's Lists and you'll get immediate responses via messaging and calls based on your zip code ) and easy access to reviews. Don't be played the fool by Trees Unlimited and wait weeks or months for a no-show .... tree work is not rocket science ... go somewhere else other than Trees Unimited.

They are in the process of cutting down a monster of a tree in my back yard and I can't recommend them enough. There wasn't a branch on the ground for more than a minute (not exaggerating). Between cuts the crew on the ground grabs it all and throws it in the chipper. They are very careful but quick. Absolutely worth the money

A+++ ! Can not say enough about how impressed I was with the very large job done by Trees Unlimited. The owner and all of his employees did an outstanding job. They came in, they cut, they cleaned up. Very respectable and capable company. I will recommend Trees Unlimited to anyone and everyone who needs tree work done.

Full service makes a huge difference. A tree service needs to have the equipment, the experience, and the commitment in order to deliver superior tree removal services. I can assure that Karl Smith and his crew meet those high standards in every respect. We had two huge Poplars that were dying and dead limbs on a beautiful, stately Oak. Karl and a team of four brought the right equipment and necessary resources to remove the Poplars completely and carefully trim the Oak, all done and broom-clean by noon for under the bid. What more can you ask for? Nothing. Thanks guys. Great job.
