Joyce,
I would like to respond to the...
complaint I got in the mail. ID # 1[redacted]
I planted 4 Sourwood trees that Mr. [redacted] picked out, Trimming his Cherry tree in October of 2011. I never heard from him since. I took a month personal leave from work, When I got back I had some voicemails from Mr. [redacted] about trimming the cherry tree again and the quality of the sourwood trees. When I called Mr. [redacted] back, He told me he already trimming the cherry tree and the Sourwood trees looked bad. I told him I would take a look at them but we planted them 2 years ago and if there was something we did wrong they would have died right after we planted them. I looked at the trees, They looked like they have never been watered, Fertilized or sprayed for insects. I directed Mr. [redacted] to a company that could take care of those things for him.
I dont know why he would report me to you guys.

Horrible place to work for. Owner charges you "administration fee" of $250 if employment ends within 6mo of hire date. Good luck working for nothing in the end.
Review: This company planted 4 Sourwood trees for me at my rental property located at [redacted] in October 2012. They also trimmed a Weeping Cherry tree for me at the same location at the same time. I paid the company a total of $1,889.54 for both services. I have been calling the company on a daily basis for the past few weeks in an attempt to have them again trim the Weeping Cherry tree, but no one has returned my calls. I also need to discuss the health of the Sourwood trees with the Ted, the company's owner. The Sourwood trees, in my opinion, have not faired very well at all since he planted them and seem to currently be in poor health.Desired Settlement: I would like the company owner to visit my rental property location and assess the current health of the Sourwood trees he planted for me. My tenant has told me that he is in the neighborhood every week. I am very concerned that these trees will die and that I will be out almost $2,000 without recourse. Ultimately, I would like him to save the existing trees or replace them if that is not possible.
