Review: I agreeded to their tree services. I have already paid them $2950.00 but they have not finished the job. Three pines were just topped and are till standing and four pines have been topped and then they cut them down and are still laying across my yard. My grass is dying and I cannot get to my garage. They were here June 11 13 14 15 and have not returned. Will not return my phone calls since June 17 2016. The invoices were for cut down, trim & prune, cut up, remove and climb. It's been almost a month and I guess I got scammed. I have records, receipts, pictures etc to show to the right person. When they were here they worked but if this is how they run their business then I do not recommend them to anyone now or in the future. I want the fence fixed, the trees that are still standing and laying on the ground to be removed. I will hire another company to finish the remaining job.

Review: Treewoodard Tree Experts was hired to cut down a tree in my parent's front yard. On August 27, 2013, [redacted] & [redacted] of Treewoodard Tree Experts received $500, as agreed by the parties, to cut down a tree and clear all tree debris. The tree has been cut down and most debris has been removed. However, as of today, September 19, 2013, the very large tree trunk remains on the ground next to the tree stump. [redacted] of Treewoodard Tree Experts has not responded to daily phone calls and voice mail messages requesting him to contact us with a date when the tree trunk will be removed. Treewoodard Tree Experts has been paid in full. Their service is unfinished and unsatisfactory.Desired Settlement: Treewoodard Tree Experts has been paid in full and has not completed their responsibilities. Treewoodard Tree Experts must make arrangements to remove tree truck immediately.

Response:

Spoke with [redacted] from the business; he states there was a communication problem with the price of the job. The customer thought that the entire tree would be cut down and removed for $500.00. However, since there was the problem in misunderstanding the business is going to come out and remove the tree he just has not been able to do it yet. He does state that he will be out this weekend (Oct. 11-13) to finish the remaining removal.
