This debt collection agency repeatedly (at least times over the last two weeks) called and left messages on my cell phone The messages were not for me When I called to ask them to stop making the calls, the first agent refused to listen to my complaint, refused to remove my phone number from their file and hung up on me The second agent failed to properly identify the full name of the company, telling me that the company's full name was "Absolute." When asked if there was a more formal name (e.g., Inc., LLC, etc.), she was unable to provide that information
