I am rejecting this response because: We would prefer a "not used" head for our $20,000 unit. This is a very expensive unit, and would prefer not used or refurbished parts. Also, our software system is not working for our turbine. I feel for Trehad, since we cannot get in touch with them either. ?We really need our software system working. They say our warranty is with [redacted], but we bought it through Trehab, their dealer. Why can't [redacted] be required to honor their warranty with their dealer, and then with their customers, us.
