response because:  On he date of service  Randy T.  said that there was no water in tank. Indicating a posibility that the tank was leaking, therefore he assumed so  and he never removed the solids he was suppose to remove on my second tank.  Randy told me to call him back to finish job and he never did.  Called him multiple times at all hours and he never returned my call. Had he finished the job of cleaning my tank he would have notice that the problem was a dirty tank and not a cracked tank like he suggested. He told me to call him when ready but he never responded. I had to seek different solution to finished what he did not finished. Further more when he received notification from Revdex.com he called me and insulted me.  I told him that was not a profesional way to conduct a bussines. IF he really was done on the day of service why did he tell me to call him when ready to finished job? Why did I had to seek different solution to find out that all I needed was him to finish his job that I paid in advance and he knows it. I believe his bussines license should be reviewed and subject him to sensitivity and customer care awareness and that his bussines put on hold until inspection of his credentials as a public servant be reviewed.

Review: Contacted this business, Treible Sewer and Drain Service, for service to my septic tanks. I was given a price and paid in full before job was finished, which was about $414.00. He did not finish the job, nor has he returned my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the balance of the work that was left undone. As a result I had to hire someone else to finish the job.
