Hired for a $45,000 job and Treidgen Industries messed up all work. they came by several times to correct but failed and did more damage.
Hired for a $45,000 job, was asked to pay $ 22,500 Deposit so Ben R (principal) can pay the Pavers. He never paid for the pavers because his supplier send me a notice that they can apply a lien if Treidgen Industries does not pay his bill. When I question why the pavers have not been paid he said he needed the money to pay other bills. When he started the work he promised to do a great job and guaranteed he knows what he is doing told me best stories just to get the job, he send a couple spanish people out most dont even spoke english so communication was hard and had to constantly call Ben for questions and issues. I did not mind the workers and paid for them everyday lunch , gave them every day water and soda, rented a toilet to save them driving to the gas station, but it was his responsibility to be on the job so all went well. When he came he was fully drunk and argued around. It Started ok and got worst and worst with a million excuses, at the middle stage the job got worst and we had to constantly be present. My driveway had huge bumps, uneven on several sides, planter I paid $ 3000 had cuts in the splitface pavers, no liner, no drains where installed and my drains have been eliminated when I question I got a million excuses over and over again, they cut my waterline twice, cut mine and neighbors cable, did my steps so horrible bad even they re due 2 times still looks so bad. Used wrong cut pavers to save cost and cover their cutting mistakes with black grout, just a horrible job. Ben ask me for balance over and over again and I stated very clear I will only pay when the bad work is corrected. He keep threatening me with liens and ask for additional $ 5,000 as agreed today in his lien treat email.Told me yesterday he will now not wash and clean pavers and seal because I did not accept the sealer he want to choose now, even he told me I can chose any and he send me to *** to pick one.
They have 2 days to repair all mistakes and clean up their mess, pressure wash and seal with best sealer I chose if not i will ask a different company to correct their mistakes and ask for damages because others cant proceed because Treidgen Industries did not finish their work as they should and they have not been on time.

This project is still ongoing and efforts to resolve this issue with the homeowner are still in process. We are schedule to return next week to address additional repairs and touch-ups demanded by the customer. The remaining punch list items have been agreed upon by both parties and scheduled for total completion on Friday, November 29th (weather permitting).
This project has been an owner/builder remodel which has had multiple workers various contractors working simultaneously. The chaotic work environment has lead to high tension, confusion, and delays in work being completed by all parties involved.
The customer has agreed to submit final payment for the remaining balance of the contract and change order invoice on the aforementioned date and has agreed to remove all complaints and or negative public reviews in regards to Treidgen Industries, LLC and its associates.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The final repair-completion list should be signed today by BEN R for Treidgen Industries LLC. When the repairs-exchanges-completion is done successfully I am more than happy to withdraw all complains and reviews, pay the open balance as follow one part to TREIDGEN INDUSTRIES LLC and the other part to *** LLC who contacted us with a right to place a lien on my property because the material was NOT paid by TREIDGEN INDUSTRIES LLC as it should be with the deposit of $ 22,500 I made. Until then I will not withdraw my action. Thanks
We are working with the consumer on the all issues to make everything right and make them happy. All work should be completed by the first week of Dec. weather permitting. Both us and the consumer are working together to make this situation right.
