 [redacted] is a fraud we have fixed the foundation and also gotten a new engineer report pre-and post from a top well known engineering company out of Dallas we've had several opinions written up about the condition of work including photos of the crappy work they did with each pier that we later had to replace receipts from repair work etc that we will be bring to court. Also [redacted] used a faulty engineer who has been cited and punished with his licenses suspended for signing off on work that has not be done or properly his engineer has a bad reputation and I don't think he even looked into this person. If [redacted] felt his work was done right he wouldn't have contacted me via text two days before his deadline on the demand letter we sent asking to meet with us to work something out.  Roberto has a very large law suit being written up as well as his engineer. This is going beyond the better business. We will be publishing all lawsuits for future customers to know how this guy is.
