My wife *** and I ordered a bike for purchase and was told the bike needed to shipped and assembledWe ordered on a Monday and was told it may be ready that FridayI told them I would not be back in town for a month so I told them I would pick it up in days - I called the week before pick up to remind them and they said it would be readyI tried to pick it up today and they said they were waiting for a headlight bracket and they did not have space to store in their huge storeClearly these people do not care about customer service
