I've tried to fill the online request for the second time, but got the automated answer "the request for removal already exists".
Requests for removal are only accepted through this form. I also emailed the company with no answer.

The *** webpage that the consumer is requesting that her information be removed from is not owned or operated by Trellis IP Law Group PC. We don't have anything to do with that webpage and so can not change or remove information from the site. We request that the consumer finds the actual owner of the webpage and register their complaint with them.
