Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:we have windows installed by [redacted] and they don't have the slop problem.Reliant installed windowsand only two have the problem the other work perfect.I was just wanting Reliant to fix the two windows with the slack in them.Out of the windows in my house I only have a problem with two that Reliant installed.Last year I had wind whisling on one of my [redacted] windows and they came and replaced it without any problems.If your windows aren't tight and let air in you are loosing your r factor Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
