I am rejecting this response because:we have 10 windows installed by [redacted] and they don't have the slop problem.Reliant installed 6 windowsand only two have the problem the other 4 work perfect.I was just wanting Reliant to fix the 2 two windows with the slack in them.Out of the 16 windows in my house I only have a problem with two that Reliant installed.Last year I had wind whisling on one of my [redacted] windows and they came and replaced it without any problems.If your windows aren't tight and let air in you are loosing your r factor.

Once again we see by reading this customer's rejection of our initial response to his complaint, he is unfortunately distressed. We certainly don't want this to be the case. However, as in our initial response there are some points of fact we feel need to be laid out. In addition, we feel the need to respond to what we feel are harsh accusations on his part.This customer initially purchased his windows on 10/24/2015. Despite our best efforts to communicate with him that we knew we were behind schedule and that we had every intention of expediting his order as much as possible, he filed the initial complaint with the Revdex.com. As part of that complaint he requested a $200.00 discount as compensation for the delay. We agreed to this immediately and included our apologies. On 1/21/16 we installed the windows only to hear from the customer that the windows were supposed to have decorative grids in the glass. However, the addition of grids was not in any of the paperwork including the contract, worksheets and measure sheets. In addition the grids were not charged for. Despite all this the customer insisted that he had ordered the windows with grids and that he would not pay the windows as they were unless we agreed to remake all the glass with grids. Finally, despite our appropriate protests we reluctantly agreed to the remaking of all the glass on the 3 windows on the front of the home at no extra charge.  When all was said and done on that day this customer received the 4 windows installed, without the grids, a written addendum certifying the $200.00 discount along with the adjusted sales slip for the lender and written confirmation that we were going to remake all the glass in the front 3 windows. He signed all the documents including the completion certificate. On 3/3/16 we installed the service glass with grids which this homeowner signed off on.Regarding his accusations of "strong arm type acts' and being "bullied", we strenuously object. It was our right as a business to disagree with this customer over the window grids issue as there was no evidence to support his claim and the remaking of the glass wiped out the margin in the order. In addition we had not had a history of this kind of mistake with the sales rep involved. To this day we feel this homeowner was mistaken. Despite all this, we conceded and have given him what he wanted. The concerns he expresses with the lender appear to stem from him not paying his first payment on schedule which was his decision. We feel no responsibility for this as we have given him complete and clear documentation all the way through and have conceded to all his demands.At this point there is nothing else we can do for this customer.

I am rejecting this response because:I SENT YOU A 3 PAGE LETTER ABOUT A WEEK AGO BUT I GUESS IT NEVER MADE IT TO YOU.I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS PROUBLEM WITH RELIANT GLASS CO. WHO HAS OR IS TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH STRONG ARM TYPE ACTS. AND BY THIS I MEAN I CONTACTED YOUR OFFICE AND MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT HOW I GAVE THE CO. 500.00 DEPOSIT AND ITS BEEN  MONTHS SINCE I HAD RECEIVED MY WINDOWS AND WHEN I WOULD CALLED I WOULD JUST GET EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE YOU HELPED ME AND GOT THE CO TO GET A 200.00 REDUCTION ON THE PRICE.AND THEN WEEKS LATER THEY SHOWED UP AND STARTED INSTALLING THE WINDOWS AND THIS IS WHEN EVERYTHING WENT EXTREMELY BAD I AM JUST GOING TO  LIST WHAT HAPPENED       THEY INSTALLED ALMOST ALL THE WINDOWS WHEN I ASKED WERE ARE THE GRIDS THESE ARE SQUARE DESIGNS THAT MAKE  THE WINDOW LOOK VERY  DELIGHTIFULL AND WHAT MADE MY WIFE CHANGE HER MIND ABOUT GETTING THE WINDOWS ARMANDO Y[redacted] THE SALESMAN FOR THE CO SHOWED US A DEMO OF THE WINDOW HOW IT LOOKED AND WORKED AND ITS APPERANCE ITS STRENGTH AND FEATURES I ASKED HIM AT LEAST 5 TIMES ARE THE WINDOWS I AM ORDERING ARE THE EXACT SAME WINDOWS THAT WILL BE INSTALLED  IN MY HOME.HE TOLD ME THIS WAS THEIR PRIME WINDOW AND THE DEMO WINDOW WILL BE THE EXACT WINDOW THAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN OUR HOME.WELL THE MANAGER OF THE WORK CREW CALLED HIS BOSS BOB WHO SENDS THE TEAMS WITH THE WINDOWS TO MY HOME THE MANAGER TOLD HIS BOSS THAT THE WINDOWS ORDERED WERE INCORRECT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE GRIDS IN THE WINDOWS AND HE JUST SAID NO THATS WRONG.I GOT ON THE PHONE HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID THOSE ARE THE WINDOWS YOU ORDERED I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HIS SALESMAN SHOW ME THE DEMO WINDOW AND THE GRIDS WERE IN THE WINDOW AND THIS WAS THEIR PRIME WINDOW THEIR BEST SO HE STARTED WITH I CANT GIVE YOU THE 200.00 DISCOUNT IF YOU WANT THESE WINDOWS I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS WRONG YOU CHARGED ME FOR THE WINDOWS WHICH WAS CLOSE TO 5000.00 AND I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR I TOLD BOB YOUR SALESMAN  TOLD ME I WAS GETTING ALL 4 WINDOWS W/ GRIDS AND THAT THIS IS IT.HE STARTED GETTING EXTREMELY MAD WITH ME AND STARTED WITH YOU ARE GETTING WHAT WE ARE PUTTING IN AND I TOLD HIM NO I WOULD STOP THIS BAD SITUATION AND CONTACT A LAWYER OR SOMEBODY WHO WOULD GET THIS FIXED.SO THE INSTALLER GOT ON THE PHONE AND STARTED TALKING TO HIS BOSS AND HE STATED THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THAT HE SAW THE PROJECT ORDER WHICH HE SAW THE PRIME WINDOWS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE ORDERED AND THEY WERENT.SO I GOT BACK ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS STILL EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID I WILL GIVE YOU ONLY 3 WINDOWS W/GRIDS AND THATS IT WE ARGUED BACK AND FORTH BUT I HAD NO CHOICE I BELIEVED HE WAS GOING TO RIP OUT THE WINDOWS AND SOMEHOW PUT MY OLD WINDOWS BACK IN AND WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER SO I WAS VERY WORRIED I WOULD NOT HAVE WINDOWS THAT WOULD KEEP OUT THE COLD AIR.AND THEN HE BROUGHT UPTHE FACT THAT ALL THE WORKERS WERE NOT GOING TO GET PAID FOR ANY OF THE WORK THAT THEY WERE DOING SO HE PLAID THAT CARD.SO I WAS BULLIED INTO ONLY HAVING 3 WINDOWS W/ GRIDS AND 1 WINDOW WITH OUT.AND THEN IT STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN WAITING FOR WINDOWS AGAIN SO ON MARCH 16 THE 3 NEW WINDOWS CAME IN AND THEY INSTALLED THEM BUT WHILE ALL THE WAITING WAS GOING ON I GET A LETTER FROM SYNCHRONY BANK AND IT STATES ON FEB 23 THEY STARTED BILLING ME FOR WINDOWS I DIDNT EVEN HAVE WINDOWS YET AND I WASNT SURE I WAS GETTING NEW WINDOWS.SO I HAVE PUT IT INTO DISPUTE AND JUST YESTERDAY I CALLED AND TALKED WITH THE BANK AND EXPLAINED I HAVE 4 DIFFERENT CONTRACTS W/ NO MONEY FIGURES .SO NOW I HAVE A PROUBLEM W/ THE BANK BECAUSE OF THIS CO/ I WILL HAVE TO FAX THEM ALL OF THSE BOGUS CONTRACTS TO THEM I WANT TO PAY MY BILL BUT I DONT HAVE HOW MUCH AND WHAT DAY AT 0 INTEREST AS WAS PROMISED. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE DELT WITH SO CALLED BUSSINESS MEN WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE INVOLVED IN A CON GAME AND YOU ARE THE MARK THIS HORRIBLE SCAM STARTED BACK ON 12/11/2015       A SALESMAN CAME TO MY HOME HIS NAME WAS ARMANDO Y[redacted] ###-###-#### HE CAME IN MY HOME WITH A DEMO WINDOW AND FOR CLOSE TO 2 HOURS EXPLAINED HOW GREAT RELIANT WINDOWS WERE.HE TOLD ME HOW IT WAS DOUBLE FRAMED AND GAS WAS INSIDE AND THEN HE HIT THE WINDOW WITH FLAT ROCK TO SHOW ITS STRENGTH .WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT KNOW ALL I HEARD WAS NOISE NOT SOMETHING WITH SUBSTANCE AND THEN I GOT MY WIFE TO LOOK AT THE DEMOSTRATION SHE WAS THE SMART ONE SHE WAS NOT IMPRESSED BUT THE WINDOWS OVERALL LOOK WOULD HELP IWTH HEATING AND THE NEW LOOK THIS WERE THE GERDS THATS WHAT THEY CALLED THE SQUARES INSIDE THE WINDOWS BETWEEN THE TWO PLATES OF GLASS.SO I ASKED ARMANDO ARE THESE THE SAME WINDOWS THAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN MY HOME AND HIS ANSWER WAS EXACTLY.SO THEN WE STARTED TALKING MONEY,I HAD SPECIFALLY TOLD HIM I WAS ON A FIXED INCOME AND I WOULD NOT PAY ANY INTEREST SO DO YOU HAVE A PLAN THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE..HIS ANSWER WAS YES AND ON A SHEET OF PAPER HE STARTED MAKING A COMPARISON OF OTHER COMPANIES AND A COUPLE OF PAYMENT PLANS.I TOLD HIM AGAIN I NEED TO SEE WHAT A PAYMENT PLAN WOULD BE WITH NO INTEREST AND HOW MANY MONTHS AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE.AT THIS TIME ARMANDO STARTED TO GET EDGEY HE WOULD HIT HIS CALCULATOR AND HE WOULD MAKE MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE I FINALLY ASKED HIM IS SOMETHING WRONG HE SAID NO THAT HE WAS LATE FOR ANOTHER ADDT.SO I TOLD HIM AGAIN THAT MY FATHER TAUGHT ME DO NOT PAY HIGH INTEREST OR ANY INTEREST IF YOU CAN BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO BUY THE PRESIDENT OF THE CO. SO FINALLY HE SHOWED ME AND  MY WIFE AND A PRICE COMPARISON,AND I SAID I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO SHOW US SOME PRICES.SO HE TOOK ABOUT 5 PAGES AND FINALLY SHOWED US A BREAKDOWN.I HAVE THIS FORM WITH ALL THE FIGURES AND AMOUNTS.IT WAS READIABLE BUT SOME WHAT CONFUSING.I CALLED MY WIFE AND WE LOOKED IT OVER AND STATED WHERE IS OUR DEAL HE SAID IT SCHOULD BE 158 DOLLARS AT 25 MONTHS.AND I ASKED OVER AND OVER AGAIN IS THIS THE TRUE AND CORRECT BILL HE REPLIED THIS IS WHAT I CAN DO THIS IS THE BEST DEAL SO I TOOK MY WIFE OFF TO THE SIDE AND STATED LOOK IT OVER AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK MY WIFE HAS DEGREES IN MONEY ARBITRATION SO I WAITED AND SHE STATED IT LOOKS GOOD ONLY IF THE WINDOWS SHOW TO  ARE REAL AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE IN THE AGREMENT.WE SAT DOWN WITH ARM SHORT FOR ARMANDO AND SAID OK START WRITEING UP THE CONTRACK.SO WE WAITED AND THATS WHEN I SCHOULD OF READ HIS BODY MAKING MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE JUST IN ONE OF THE 3 DAY CP OUT HE WROTE THREE AND ALL WERE FILLED WITH MISTAKES AND THEN HE FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT AND THEN HE STARTS WRITEING THE WRONG NAME AND THEN HE STARTS    NOT KNOWING WHO TO SPELL NAMES I HAVE COPIES.SO HE SHOWS BUT YOU WONT HAVE TO START TO PAY AFTER 30 DAYS OF TOTALL COMPLETE COMPLETION.AND THIS WHEN THE NIGHTMARE STARTED WINTER WAS COMMING   FIRST PLEATED WITH THEM TO START BUILDING,WELL WINTER CAME AND CAME STRONG 4' FIRST DROP 3' SECOND DROP I CALLED AND ALL I GOT WAS THEIR BUILDING SUPERVISOR AS BUNK,ON ONE OF THE MANY AND MANY CONTRACTS HESTATED COMPLETION DATE OF12/10/15 BUT THE I RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE PRESIDENT IN PHOENIX AND HE STARTED STATEING IT TAKES A LONG [redacted]E TO BUILD THESE PRIME WINDOWS AND TRIED TO ME A SONG I DID NOT BUY I  FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com,THEY INVESTAGETED IT THEY ASKED ME WHAT A FAIR SETTLEMENT WOUD BE THEY SAID THEY WOULD DROP 200 DOLLARS OFF THE MAIN PRICE AND THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE THEY WANT THE MONEY TO COME OFF THE INTEREST BUT MY LOAN IS INTEREST FREE  I  HAVE THE    ORIGINAL WRITE UP THEN  CALL AND IT SEEMES THEY  HAVE ALOT OF ROBERTS  AND    BOBS   AFTER THEY AGREE TO THE 200 REDUCTION THEY  SHOW UP AWHILE  TO START WORKING THEY WERE WERE PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE WINDOWS    THEN I ASKED WHEN DO YOU PUT IN THE GRIDS IN,AND SAW THE FOREMON HEAD DROP AND ALL HE SAID NOT AGAIN,SO I ASKED WHAT HAS HAPPENED HE TURNED TO ME AND SAID I WILL HAFE TO    CHANGE ALL THE WINDOWS OUT THEY WERE ORDERED WRONG.SO THE CALL WENT TO BOB THE DIRECTOR OF INSTALLATION AND HE STARTS IMMEDIATELY WITH THEY ARE THE CORRECT WINDOW AND THAT IS AND I TOLD HIM TAKE OUT THE WINDOWS OUT AND PUT BACK MY WINDOWS HE STARTED INSULATING ME WELL YOU ONLY ORDERED 4 WINDOW AND I ASKED WHAT DOES THAT MEAN WELL YOU SCHOULD OF ORDERED MORE.I TOLD HIM YOU SALEMAN MISINFORMED US OF THE WINDOWS THAT WERE TO BE INSTALLED JUST TO GET A SALE BOTTOM LINE.HE TOOK A VERY LOW TONE AND STARTED WITH THE THREATS WE WILL TAKE ALL THE WINDOWS OUT HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THAT SO I WAS AFRAID THAT THIS SICK PERSON WOULD DO THAT SO I STOOD MY GROUND AND STATED YOU HAVE LIED IF FACT YOU ARE ALL LYING BUT WHAT I WILL DO IS THE FRT WINDOWS GET THE NEW GRID WINDOWS  AND THE BACK WINDOW NO,SO NOW I AM BEING BLACKMAILED ON WHAT WINDOWS I PAID FOR BUT I CANT HAVE.SO IT WENT BACK AND FOURTH AND THEN HE FINALLY AGREED AND SAID HE WOULD PUT IN THE WINDOWS I WILL PAY FOR THE ONES I ORDERED.AND I ORDERED ALL 4 THE SAME BUT WHAT COULD I DO.THEN I GET A BILL FROM THE BANK STATEING I AM OVER DO AND GETTING CHARGE DELAY OF PAYMENTS I CALLED THE BANK IMMEDIATELY AND TOLD THEM OF THIS COMPLETE MESS AND THEY PUT ME IN DIPUTE AND I TOLD THEM I WANT TO PAY OFF THE WINDOWS AND ASAP AND GET THE CORRECT CONTRACT FIGURED IN WHICH HAVE NEVER SEEN NEVER!!!!!!! We take this complaint seriously and do not want our customer to feel taken advantage of. However, having read his complaint it is clear there are some misunderstandings we would like to clear up.First, in our contracts we provide an estimated completion date only. The reason for this is from time...

to time certain things may occur out of our control that create delays in the processing of orders. If there is a misunderstanding with our customer we are sorry but it is not something intentional on our part. In fact we are highly motivated to complete his order in as timely a manner as possible as our incurred cost to process his windows is already way beyond the good faith deposit collected so far. We do realize this order has taken longer that any of us like so we agree to the $200.00 contract reduction our customer has requested with our apologies.As to the payment program, this customer was set up with a no interest payment program through [redacted] Bank which is a residential financing wing of [redacted] Finance. [redacted] Bank provided our customer with a credit card tied to his account that he can use for future  purchases on the same account. Regarding his window contract, our customer will only trigger the payment program portion of his contract once he signs a [redacted] Bank completion certificate after the work has been completed. That certificate will go to [redacted] Bank to confirm the work is completed and his first payment will be billed by [redacted] Bank roughly 30 days later. We have never asked our customer to pay any of the outstanding balance before the completion of the work. As to the installation of the windows, we will never insist on installing in weather that would cause our customer unneeded anxiety or expense.In addition, we will open up only one window at a time and will close off each room during the room to room installation process as much as possible. Also, the actual time a window opening is totally open is only a few minutes as the new window will typically be put in place immediately after the old window has been removed. The rest of the installation time will be with insulating and trimming the window.Hopefully, these clarifications will ease our customers concerns. As soon as he gives us the O.K. we will send him the paperwork to reduce the amount to be financed on the no interest plan with [redacted] Bank by the $200.00 he requested, again with our apologies.  Also, at that point we can clarify when we can do the install as we cross our fingers that we will have no further snow storm delays.
