Ordered trial bottle for $4.95. Several weeks later get notice from bank that my debit card got charged $89.95. I never ordered another bottle, the company took it upon itself to charge me. I called company to stop any orders to my house no more bottles to be sent. They said they would only refund 60% of my money ***. Asked I should get all of it back since I never ordered the bottle that they charged me for. The person I talked to than hung up.
Refund all my money and no more charged to my credit card. Stop sending me item I never ordered
On July 19th, I ordered a free trial and was only to pay shipping costs. Two days later, I was signed up for some heath magazine and my debit card charged 17.11, without my authorization. I called and complained I did not sign up for any magazine or any other products. After several minutes of trying to sell me other products, they gave me a cancellation number and said a full refund would be returned to my account within 3 to 5 business days. I never received a refund, but some *** gift card to another vitamin website via email with my cancellation number. On August 2nd, my debit card was charged $89.00. I called and talked to three different individuals who offered me a partial refund and couldn't only tell me that my original refund of $17.11 was sent via an "e check through my email". this was never sent and when I checked with my bank, because I was very skeptical, they said such a thing does not exist. All three people hung up on me at various points of me questioning the validity of their company and pressing them on the $17.11 refund. Only, after I told them I was contacting the Revdex.com and disputing this with my bank, did they all of the sudden do an immediate reversal of the charge that they said would take 7 to 10 business days. They also said that if I disputed the charges with my bank, they would make sure all charges were not cancelled and they would submit full payment, *** Not to mention, the product does nothing and doesn't work.
I ordered a trial product from this company. The initial order was for a Trial of Trembolex ultra and the company added multiple other items to the order. Then about one month later the company ran two different charges to my debit card, one for 88.97 and another for 89.97 and no product was ever received. Both were not authorized. Being this is the second time they charged items not authorized I called my bank and cancelled that debit card and filled a dispute. The bank returned verdict and stated that the charge was unfortunately a valid transaction and funds could not be recovered. I called Trembolex customer service three times and each time told me my since I disputed the transaction my "store account" was closed and I had to take it up with my bank. I then proceeded to tell them that the funds were already released to them and so I asked for my product since I could not get my money back. Their response was the same that my account was closed and there is nothing they can do and I have to take it up with my bank. Oddly enough this is the exact same response from all three different people I talked to like its a canned statement. While I doubt I will ever see my money or the product I just ask that you flag this company with unethical business practices and failure to provide products. Thank you

Refunds checks have been mailed to the address we have on file. Please allow 10-14 business days for these refunds to arrive. The subscription, which was agreed upon by agreeing to Terms and Conditions on our checkout page has been cancelled.
