Review: I took my car for an oil change and was told that I needed a filter for the cabin filter, which is behind the glove compartment. I had been waiting longer than I anticipated and went to see what was going on. The gentle working on the car was breaking a black cover and I asked why was he doing that since it was sealed. I was told they had to do it so they can put the filter in. Once the filter was placed I went home and as I turned on the air conditioning it started to make a strange sound. I took it back the next day the filter was removed, they checked to see where the noise was coming from and they couldn't find it. This happened on 9/*/2013. On June of 2014, I went back since now I was using the air conditioner and the noise was worst. They now placed an air house in through where the filter was and he said there's probably a piece stuck inside. That did not help the noise. I took it to a mechanic on 7/**/2014 at [redacted], phone number ###-###-#### and discovered that a big piece of the plastic that they cut to install the filter had gone inside the fan and damanged the fan. The mechanic also called Mitsubishi and was told that my particular car does not have a cabin filter. I went back to the car wash with the damaged fan and the piece found inside so they can reimburse me and I showed them the bill from the mechanic that states my car does not have a cabin filter and they refuse to pay me for the damage.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the money spent on fixing the air conditoner and for them to replace the sealed box that they broke open thinking it was a cabin filter. They placed a cardboard and duck taped it to the opening of the black box. I want it how it was.
