Trempala's Custom Home Improvements

Review: Less then 10 yrs. ago Trempala Home Improvement was hired to put siding on my commerical builgings and wrap the windows. The siding fell off one side of the building this spring. After two phone calls and two trips to the buiding the falling of siding was pulled off and placed next to the building. The owner of THP was notified that we were still under the warranty and assured me he guarnated his work even if the warranty was up. He has never returned to repair the building. I even gave permission for him to just repaint the side of the building instead of residing it. I also showed him a number of palces that he never finished in the first place. He said he would take care of the non finished work too.

I have contacted him many times about the problem but at first there were excuesses of it was to wet and rainy and the building had to dry out. The weather has been good for a number of weeks only with a little bit of rain here and there. In the last four weeks I have called once a week; his wife assures me that she would tell him I called. No responce from Greg at all. I even explained to his wife and on messages left that I would seek everyway possible to have the problem fixed; including filing the complaint, suspention of his license and civil court. Still no responce!Desired Settlement: The outcome I would like is to have the building repaired and work completed and other wearing places on the building repainted. The latter part of repainting because of the aggervation of I have had to go through for the past 4 and a half months.

I had a roof replaced last year it seem to be a good job till spring. It started leaking. Made a number of calls but got no answer or reply. Had another roofing company come an look to see if they could repair it only to find it needs to be replaced an done right to repair a number of problems. Had other work done by Greg an he did a good job. But roofing must not be his thing.
