Mr *** purchased vehicle on 5/30/We have requested customer to bring vehicle to Jim Trenary Chevrolet multiple times To see inspect vehicle for damage customer claims happened prior to deliveryMr *** needs to bring vehicle to dealership to be inspected for damageIf Mr *** brings
vehicle to Jim Trenary Chevrolet before 1/1/, and we can Verify that there is damage to the vehicle that happened prior to delivery, we will have it repaired at no cost to the customer

The vehicle was purchased months ago, since customer refuses to bring vehicle in to verify any damage to vehicleand due to the customer rejecting our offer again,I will consider the case closed.No further assistance will be offered or extended

Regarding customer inquiries on Credit Bureau,
There is one inquiry from Jim Trenary Chevrolet,
There are other inquiries for
auto financing from auto lenders, but only one from Jim Trenary Chevrolet
The lenders were submitted per customer request to get best financing in place
There is a signed credit application authorizing the release of credit information to Jim Trenary Chevrolet and lenders we work with in order to arrange the best financing for Mr ***
Regarding the Extended Service Contract, he signed the service contract with the extended service contract providers name on it and was provided signed copy and booklet with company name and explanation of coverages and benefits
To try to remedy anything less than a 100% satisfactory experience,
We would like to offer Mr *** , the chance to change coverages, from *** (who he signed with) to ** *** Coverage
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The extended service contract was signed after verbal confirmation from the finance manager that it was an authentic gm warrantyOffering the chance to switch, assuming there is no charge and the coverage is the same, does handle this part of the complaint
Credit authorization and permission to shop for lower rates was only given after verbal confirmation from salesman that my credit would be pulled onceI would have never agreed to five hard inquiries

In regards to the consumers vehicle, every time he brought it in we put him in a loaner vehicle but have never been able to verify his concern. Due to customer satisfaction we did try a couple different parts based on what he explained to us. We...

were never able to duplicate his concern and it only acted up when the consumer had it, even after we kept the vehicle for 10 days. Unfortunately if we cannot verify a concern we cannot fix it.

We have spoken to customer, verified refund, customer will be picking up refund Friday 12-9 at our location.

Shortly after Mr. [redacted] purchased his vehicle he brought it back to the dealership for a vibration. After many calls to general...

motors, several weeks and after $6500 in repairs we had fixed the vibration on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle to meet General Motors specs. We offered for Mr [redacted] to drive the vehicle first to make sure it was repaired, after driving down the street he came back assuring us that the vibration was gone. At this time Mr [redacted]'s vehicle is operating to GM's specifications according to their engineers. Mr. [redacted] mentioned a GM vehicle buyback, we recommended that he contact general motors for the buyback and let him know that we would help him out in any way possible throughout the process. The customer agreed to purchase a spray-in bedliner at time of purchase. As a gesture of goodwill and because of the troubles he has had with his brand new vehicle we paid for half of the cost of the bedliner.
