Regarding Mr [redacted] complaint.He can "unsubscribe" from any of our emails by clicking "unsubscribe".I would be glad to show him were to click if he needs help on any email related issues.On the ad price of vehicles, we do have an advertisement for a Silverado for $31,995I still have one available for him to look atWe are also advertising Silverado for $32,- We did just reduce pricing on those (2) that both have Venginehe wants to $32,- which would save him $ On his trade in, he wanted addtional trade in value over and above the 20% blue book value he mentioned.The Trade Value on his Silverado was 20% of KBB as we advertised, but he wanted $29,whichdoes not make any sense if you can buy a for $32,- WE can offer the customer an additional $off the price of the new vehicle with his trade in being revalued again at time of his appointment at dealership
