In regards to the dash with this type of vehicle, it is common for these to crack in the exact same place on all of them. work under the dash. I tried to explain it to him and show him and he did not want to hear it. In his complaint he mentions the airbag light being on before he took it to us and then he mentions it wasn’t. I told him all I can do is put a new airbag module in and it didn’t fix the problem. There is some issue causing it, and it would cost him to have us check. It was nothing that we did. I did offer to find out what the price would be for us to check it, but he didn’t want us touching his car any further. All the other warning lights are on, ABS light and check engine light were on as well, so there has to be other issues with the vehicle. He told me he wanted me to pay to get his car fixed at some other place, I told him we would not do that.
