Review: I ordered Trend Fund's product called 'My Financial Makeover - 30 Day Trial for $9.95 on 02/**/2014. The order didn't arrive until 03/**/14, at which time my credit card was charged $74.95 instead of $9.95 trial charge until after 30days decision to keep the product expires before a charge of $74.95 can be accessed. I contacted Trend Fund through phone call and several email to reverse the $74.95 charge and access the $9.95 trial charge as advertised. I even returned the product on 4/2/14 less than 30days after receipt to avoid further confusion. I wrote a letter to Trend Fund explaining this criminal ' stealing or taking' from my account but I have had no response. I have a confirmation that the product has been received and instead of hearing from Trend Fund, my account was again charged $74.95, now confirming to me that a deliberate criminal activity is going on in this company. I am now preparing a criminal complaint to stop this kind of exploitation of consumers through repeated unauthorized credit card charges.Desired Settlement: To stop the ongoing lawsuit, Trend Fund will need to contact me and work out the situation.

Review: I was told I would receive an education in Equity Options Trading and I did not receive it. I paid the money and they did not deliver the product! Now Trendfund LLC. has been avoiding me for 2 months keeping my money.

I attended a webinar on Options that sounded great! It sounded like I was going to be educated and coached on Options and Option Strategies. After the call, I was contacted, at my request, by what I would consider a "closer". He told me over and over I would be receiving the best education I could buy on Equity Option Strategies. In fact, he guaranteed me that I would learn what I needed to make my initial investment back in months. I should have known then that it was a joke, since he "guaranteed" it.

Over the next few weeks, I attended the classes which never gave any ideas about Option trading. It was general knowledge of the stock market. I thought this could be a precursor to the actual Option work. That Option section never happened. Never!

I called in to speak with someone and talked with a woman named [redacted]. She was very nice, but did not help me. In fact, she asked me to write my story down and she would take it to her boss to see what they could do. I never heard from her again. After multiple phone messages not being returned, in addition to emails going unanswered, I asked for her boss. They gave me a man's name of [redacted], who is some type of manager.

So I called [redacted] multiple times without receiving an answer and then finally he called me. We discussed the issue and he said he saw the explanation I had written for [redacted]. He first said that there was "no way to return the money, because the entity I paid the money to was no longer in business:" What a joke! After we argued about the truth to that statement he said they could have a coach talk with me on the phone to give me the Options knowledge I thought I was getting initially. To this I declined, this is not at all what I paid for! Thousands of dollars to here some persons opinions!I paid for an education, not someones opinion. I paid for coursework to go back to and rely on. This was unacceptable to me. We went back and forth and finally he said he would "go to bat for me" and try to get "some" of the money returned. He said that since I had attended some of the classes on line, that I probably would not receive the money for those services. Unbelievable! Now he seems to think that taking my money and giving me something else, other than what I was sold, is acceptable! Well no surprise, that was a month ago and I have left more phone messages than I can count. Needless to say, none of my messages have been returned.

Both [redacted] and [redacted] pointed out the 3 day right of rescission that I signed at the beginning. Well, I agree that I signed something, however, I signed that based on them telling me I was paying for an Options Class that they did not deliver. I didn't just get it and not like it, I never got it at all! There is no difference here than me going to a car lot, giving them thousands of dollars and they don't give me a car!

My problem is not that people at this company do not know about the stock market. My problem is that they have a monstrous deficit of integrity. I have been lied to numerous times, in addition to what some might consider being stolen from.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have my money paid by credit card, returned to my credit card in full.
