To whom it may concern:This complaint is due to a system error that arose for one of our styles listed on our website We did contact the customer apologizing for the error and did explain the situation to them We did offer a discount to the original price of $16.99, but the customer had declined and threatened to report to Revdex.com if the order was not fulfilled If it was a more reasonable error in price, we would definitely had honored the mistake, but at $0.30, it is impossible for us to honor We had immediately cancelled the order and refunded the amount charged after she had declined the discount that was offered If you have any questions regarding this situation, feel free to give us a call at 213) [redacted] Thank you
