In response to the customer concern: A one time treatment was sold to the customer after a regular service was declinedThe one-time service was performedThis ended the obligation of the technician and the companyThe technician did call the customer back in an attempt to offer him again the
regular serviceIt again was declined, with the comment that he would be contacting the Revdex.com, which he didWith a one time service there is no long-term guaranteeWith a regular service, there is a call back guarantee, which would have been honored had that type of service been purchasedWe are sorry for the customer's disappointment, yet were very clear that he had signed a one-time service with no follow-upsTherefore we will be willing to administer a regular service agreement, as was offered, but cannot refund funds, because we performed the one-time service as the agreement indicated.If our client wishes to speak to me personally, I will gladly do so. I have spoken to ***, and I believe we have resolved any concernsWe stopped her service at her request, refunded $195.00, and the service manager is going to contact her to personally see if he can keep *** as a customer, as he knows ***, having once been her technician, and she having great
respect for him

This concern was resolved on March 29, by treating the necessary areaIt is true that we had a pump issue on the previous appointment, but upon repair, we scheduled another appointment and rendered the necessary corrective actionI would be happy to speak with Mrs*** or drop by should

I am rejecting this response because:in looking at my contract I paid an upfront cost which was supposed to include an inspection and to fix where the pests were coming in at. The original person that came out said the technician would do it, the technician said he would do it when nicer weather came around but it was never done. I was refunded the credit balance on my account. As I said, I don't feel it was fair to even pay what I was paying for a half done job. Now I have to pay another company to come in and do the job they wouldn't do. That I already paid Quik kill to do. Whatever they want to do to handle it is up to them. I think they should refund more than just my credit balance, but l Reguardless im done doing buisiness with them. I prefer all other contact from the company be done through the Better Buisiness Bureau. I have too much going on to waste more time on the phone.
