First time he contacted us was in 6/24/via Phone
We have explain to the customer, we only offer days warranty for this part
We have explained numerous time that we are unable to Replace or
refund him as the items warranty has expired
We advise him to contact eBay regarding this matter as our listing clearly stated we provide days warranty for the item he has purchased

After going through lighting ***I now have the lights workingHowever I would like a refund in the amount of $Here is why:
1) I purchased these lights from trendgear via eBay for $As stated in my original complaint, I went on vacation while my truck was paintedThis was from an A1, top rated paint shop (*** Auto Body & Paint) which performs custom paintingI was gone for monthsAn auto electrician with years experience at the shop could not get the lights to work properlyThey charged me $for parts
2) I then took the truck to Certified Car Audio and they worked on the light system for hours - 1:p.mto p.mThey charged me $for inverters and laborThe lights worked, but when going from Dim to Bright and back again, either the drivers side Dim (low beam) light would go out or the passenger *** would go outI had to turn the master switch off for a few seconds then turn it back onThis is unacceptable and dangerous on the highway
3) Next I took the truck to Perfection Motors in ***He installed Watt Slim Line Ballasts, pair of Error Code Eliminators and relay harnessThe cost $
Finally the lights are working! For how longI don't know and I'm highly concernedI'm out a total of: $This does not include my fuel cost to drive over half of the city nor my own time I took off workFurthermore I can make all of these receipts available to the Revdex.com and Mr***, the seller at trendgear to prove how much I spentI also found these same lights to be much cheaper at several other places
All in all this has been an extremely harrowing experience for a set of headlights which were lacking in quality and installation instructionsIts only fair that Mr*** reimburses me the cost of the repair for this substandard item

We have explain to the customer, We only provide days warranty for the parts that we sell
After the warranty has expired, we are unable to replace the part as our supplier will deny it because it has exceed the warranty time frame provided
We also explained the customer that if he had contacted during the warranty time period we would have able to exchange the defect part with no problem
