Product purchased. Not received alleged out of the country delivery issues. However US false website address advertised. No mention of out of the country shipping of product. Tracking confirmation received, however seller claims location of product is unknown. Communication through business is vague and uninformative. All reviews posted have to be approved by business for posting. No negative postings are allowed either on website or advertising via ***. Seller is NOT willing to authorize a refund. This complaint has multiple TYPES: Delivery, Refund, False business location, Sales

We have refunded their orders. Unfortunately our stock is stuck in Port Shenzhen due to coronavirus and deliveries have a delay. Customer does not seem to understand that there is a global situation happening with shipping orders from outside of the United States. They did not also read about our delivery times on the product page and don't respect out Return and Refund policy. There is not much else we can do about it.Best Regards,Trendrun.com

I am rejecting this response because: the global disaster happened well after the alleged shipment should have taken place. . If in fact product was ever shipped. There was no problem with the company withdrawing funds prior to shipping (if ever shipped) have offered no proof purchase is on holding and is not willing to fulfill a refund. False advertisement as well as misinforming customers. Is not a way to run a business.

We have already refunded this customer orders, however customer claims that we have not done so - this is false.

They are also stating that coronavirus situation happened after they place their order, however their order was placed on 19th of January and handed over to shipping company on 21st of January. This is just a month ago and coronavirus situation started happening in December. We even offered them a chance to return the goods for a full refund, but instead they want to receive the items and keep the money.

Tracking shows that the package has been posted 2 days after ordering and there has been a massive delay between it within a shipping company. Since we are not a shipping company, nor own any cargo container ships, we can't fake these tracking updates. They are on a global tracking website.

We have also notified customers that Shenzhen Port is working again and the packages are on its way to them. They refuse to take this as an answer and instead blame companies that keep customers informed as a scammers. We are an honest company and have done everything to keep them informed. This is global situation and is completely beyond our control.

I am rejecting this response because: The company claims they kept me informed and this is false. The communication originated from myself and the tracking information was vague and incomplete The email I received indicated receipt of my order and shipping initiated on that day. It did NOT happen. If the company is NOT fearful of ALL reviews and input both positive and negative why do they NOT allow any negative remarks posted on their website or on ***? Why do all comments need to be approved? This is not fair to ALL customers. The company asked for me to be patient, which I was EXTREMELY. The refund ONLY came after my complaint filed. Which they were forewarned would take place if they did NOT offer a better solution than just waiting indefinitely. I have NO intentions of accepting or keeping the delivery of their product IF it ever shows up. I'll refuse/return it to them. I want NOTHING to do with a company that limits negative reviews, nor is reputable. No where on their website do they advertise they are an overseas dealer. They have a US address. How convenient for them. I was NOT made aware of the fact I would incur a "overseas" charge for BOTH purchases nor was I made aware I would be charged for a refund. How is that being honest? Despite the amount it's the principal at this point! I have not even asked for that amount to be refunded. The dollar amount I was charged for the items purchased was credited back, however the "overseas" charges have not been. Others need to be made aware of additional charges they will incur when making these purchases.

I purchased their air horn kit. Due to my own timing it took me more than 30 days to install it, which is their return period. When I did get it installed I followed their instructions but, it didn't work, not once. I emailed the company and they responded with several installation suggestions. I tried them, but the product still didn't work. I emailed them again and they said a certain part was probably broken, but since it had been more than 30 days they wouldn't replace it. They also wouldn't sell me the replacement part - I had to purchase then entire kit again. If it didn't work the first time, why would I buy another one. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a working part.

Customers order was placed in June 1, 2019. Today is March 19, 2020 and our policy clearly states that we offer free replacements 30 days after the delivery. Unfortunately their order is not even close to that time and there is nothing we can do.Our website only sells the items that are listed on our websites and our units come as a kit from the manufacturer. Unfortunately we have no option to send them a replacement part as the warranty is long due and the parts can't be separated - it goes against manufacturer policy. If the customer contacted us within reasonable time (even after the 30 day timeframe), we would have been able to help them out, but unfortunately we can do that on orders that have been made this long ago.Sincerely,Trendrun.com
