We have been in business for years and have never received a complaint like this.We have a contract clearly stating an all white bridal bouquetOn the brides wedding day, after her flowers were already delivered, she decided that she did not want an all white bouquet and called our store
demanding a new blue and white bouquet be madeWe happily agreed but when she learned that she had to pay for the new bouquet she became irate and irrationalThis bride has been harassing and slandering our business since, even to the extent of putting untrue and posts upAt no time was she yelled at or hung up onShe is stating she did not have a bouquet for photographs however, she had two bouquets to take pictures with and we have photographic proof of thisSeveral times before the wedding this order was reviewed and confirmed and she received exactly what she orderedThis complaint is completely unwarranted

We wrote a contract specifically stating what the customer wantedCustomer received the exact copy of the contract when the order was placedThe contract clearly stated all white flowers which was the correct orderIt is not our problem if the customer changed her mind on the day of her weddingWe wanted to make the customer happy so we agreed to make another bouquet at an additional chargeWe did not even charge delivery even though it was one hour awayComepnsation for this order is out of the question as we processed the order as per the contractAs previously stated, she used both bouquets that day

 What they wrote & what I asked for are 2 different things. You trust a florist when they tell u what u ask for us correct and they just do whatever they want. They can say it's what I ordered from here to eternity it is not so & I want reimbursement

We have been in business for 32 years and have never received a complaint like this.We have a contract clearly stating an all white bridal bouquet. On the brides wedding day, after her flowers were already delivered, she decided that she did not want an all white bouquet and called our store...

demanding a new blue and white bouquet be made. We happily agreed but when she learned that she had to pay for the new bouquet she became irate and irrational. This bride has been harassing and slandering our business since, even to the extent of putting untrue and false posts up. At no time was she yelled at or hung up on. She is stating she did not have a bouquet for photographs however, she had two bouquets to take pictures with and we have photographic proof of this. Several times before the wedding this order was reviewed and confirmed and she received exactly what she ordered. This complaint is completely unwarranted
