In response to the customer complaint with Revdex.com: Seven days after grooming a young woman’s dog we received a phone call from a man stating his name was “[redacted]”
and that his dog was scratching and must be infested with fleas caused by our shop.  Although there is neither proof...

of fleas nor proof fleas were caused by our shop,
in interest of fairness we cheerfully offered the man a free flea shampoo service for his girlfriend’s dog. He requested instead of a free flea bath service that we provide him with free flea medication.  Since he did not purchase flea product and because he claimed our bathing service was the issue, we again offered to redo the grooming
Service and include the flea bath to his satisfaction. The man turned down the service once again and became irate and indicated during 2 separate phone calls to us and a voice message that he is in the buisness of knowing how to slander a business and stated several ways he would do just that to our business. We left him with the original offer of a free flea bath. Thank you for contacting us and please let us know if there is any additional information we can provide regarding the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:my dog clearly got fleas from there shop as she never goes outside and stays inside all day. The reason I turned down the flea bath is for the simple fact that fleas are present in the shop and a flea bath would be pointless. As far as slander goes I never claimed to slander her business but simply made it clear that I will an ounce to the world how she treated a long time customer. She plainly told me that because I said my pet will not ever be coming back she will not give me a $ 30 med for my dogs fleas. This is not slander but an accurate account of events. Upon looking into other complaint boards through Google I can see I am not the only customer she treated in this manner.

Review: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We took our dog in for a bath and clip as we have been doing for years at Trends and Treats. My dog had started scratching pretty violently after I brought her home, I figured it was just the different shampoo they used that my dog may not be used to. after almost a week I take a careful look and find that my dog is infested with FLEAS !!! I Call the owner who I assume is Miley based on the other reviews and was welcomed with a solution she thought would appease me. She wanted me to bring my dog in for another bath, an "Flea Bath"... a Flea bath indeed I thought to my self, she already had one of those last time she came in there for a "bath and clip" so I said no I think you should provide me with some flea meds before I can consider bringing my dog back into you facility. She said no and gave my this long "fast talked" about how the flea meds only kill fleas after they land and bite and that my dog really needs a flea bath and "Plus the meds are like $30" So then she said well sounds like you dont want to bring your dog back in here so why would I give you the meds! - Then called me difficult and hung up on me. All good and well ma'am you scorned a online marketing professional who knows where to put a comment such as this to show the public what kind of true colors trends and treats really has. O by the way it is not professional to try to rope your customers into your MLM ( Multi Level Marketing/ Pyramid Scheme) I let that one go cus I Thought you were just a sorry minimum wage worker who is trying to make some extra money but now I realize you are the OWNER!!! SAD so Sad.. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and my comments to the WWW about your business.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded for the bath and clip. I now have to go buy my own flea meds and call a pest control to remove to fleas from my house, carpet beds etc...
