To Whom this may concern: [redacted] called me in june of after looking at my website trendsofinida.us she had asked me if I can custom make her outfit (indian sari) if she provided me with a pic of the designe and details of the embroidery work and I had explained her if we replicate something its not going to be 100% same since we are just copying from a image , wich she agreed and decided to order from me I had told her yes we can make it for her but I have to get the actual price of making the outfit with my supplier in indiashe had agreed on the price $+ extra for stitching the blouse and the under skirt so the total came out to be $with free shipping anything customize usually take to weeks then delivery time on july [redacted] 's sari was dispatch www.fedex.com tracking number [redacted] on july she email me Hi [redacted] ,I just received the saree from Fed Ex The bag was torn on top and the blouse of the saree is damaged! It is worn out and has big black marks on the side ( also a little torn) The Fed Ex delivery man pointed all of this out to me as I opened the door and signed for the saree He said that I should let you know so that I can get a new one or some refund for this issue The saree itself and workman ship is very nice but I don't know how I can wear this with the blouse being ruined Please let me know what can be done to rectify the matter I do want to place future orders with your company because I see more nice sarees on your website However, I am not satisfied with the condition of the blouse Please help after receiving her email I had called her right away and told her not to worry I will do something about this after getting back to my supplier in india were the parcel was send from they were shocked that the parcel was delivered in that conditionand customer should not accept any package that is damage even after fedex had pointed out that the parcel is totally damage but my supplier was nice to make her a new sari even though it was not his fault it was the fedex fault for the damagemy supplier asked to return the sari back and they will make a new sari for her but it has to be return so they can see the damage was on the sari I had advise [redacted] to send the parcel from postal service and send me tracking details were it can be track I had refunded her the shipping money to her acct.,and once the sari is been delivered to my supplier then we can ship you a new one usps told [redacted] it should reach in to weeks but it never reach to my supplier the tracking she provided only said it was ship from new jersey and after that there was nothing to trackI was still in contact with [redacted] asking her to file a claim through usps since they guarantee it will be shipped in to weeks [redacted] opened the claim but still fail to show me that it was shipped to india there was no confirmation deliveryalso I had checked with my supplier they never received any parcel [redacted] has been harassing , calling me names that im a fraud and took her money and saying that my supplier is liar and that they send the sari damage from the beginning when we had to make the sari of her own design given she claims that package is been delivered in india but she failed to show proof after asking so many times she should file a complaint with usps instead of me since that was the last parcel send from they lost her package not meagain if she doesn't have proof of delivery how do I know if it was even send I have attached all my emails and phone massages that she left harassing me and cursing me I hope this will bering to some end as I try working with her but she failed to show proof of delivery I think most of the companies have similar rules if you receive the product damage you have to send it back in order to get a new one if the damage product has not received then how can I replace with a new one thanks [redacted]

anything customize usually take 3 to 4 weeks then delivery time . on july 18 2013 [redacted] 's sari was dispatch www.fedex.com tracking number  [redacted].
on july 22 2013 she email me
Hi [redacted],I just received the saree from Fed Ex.  The bag was torn on top and the

Review: I had ordered an outift (Indian saree) from Trends of India, this online company who is in California. The outfit came to me from India and was torn and damaged with stone work and beading falling off. The blouse was ruined with black markings all over the sides. It was completely not wearable.I contacted [redacted] at Trends of India and explained that the outfit is damaged and that I can never wear it. The tailors who mailed it from her company did a terrible job at packing it properly and securely. Considering that I spent $345, it should have been in nice condition. She told me to just send it back to India from my local post office -regular mail and that her tailors will send me a replacement. I went the next day (July 23, 2013) and mailed it back. [redacted] said, to this day, that her tailors never got it back and that she will not do anything to rectify this matter. I asked for my $345 back or if they can't send me a replacement, then I was ready to accept any other outfit with similar price. After calling and emailing her, she is not ready to help me. Her return policy also was updated later on (some time in the Fall 2013) and was not on her website at the time of my purchase. Also, her website is difficult to connect to the links. This has been very upsetting to me. I spent $345 for nothing. She is not helping me in any way, although she admitted that her tailors in India did a bad job packing the the outfit, in the first place and that they don't follow directions. Please help me to clear this matter.Desired Settlement: I am asking for my money back or another outfit which is around the same price.

All of this was the mistake of your company and supplier, in the first place. After they messed up with packing the saree correctly and it came to me damaged. You made another mistake and told me to “just mail it back from your local post office – regular mail. Why did you not tell me to send it back of where it would be trackable; Is it because you knew from previous experience that it will get lost and then your suppliers don’t have to make me another one? Well, they still do! They did receive this package and just don’t want to do anything about it. Why can’t you resolve this issue for $345. I already agreed to take another outfit from your website for even a little less. I am NOT harassing anyone. Trends of India still has $345 of mine and I, in return and to this day, have nothing. What did I spend this money on?? I never received any outfit and they still have my money. Trend of India has “stole” $345 from me with never providing me my outfit.
