The guest had came in with a video on how to do her hair gray on dark hairThe stylist followed the video of what she wanted and even used the same product in videoThe guests hair did not lift as well as the video (hair is unpredictable of
how it will lift) and given the option to try to get it lighter two more times after thatShe said yesThe stylist then told her after the second time that she would have to baby her hair for a little while because it would cause some stress to do further more and to use *** reparative treatment on her hairShe agrees to itThe gray she wanted to achieve was not the gray she wanted like the videoThe stylist told her she could try it again after giving her hair a restShe said no and agreed to put on a different colorThe stylist was dedicated in to giving her a color she was happy withShe worked on her hair for hours and even canceled other colors appointments in her bookShe did call back and wanted a refund and *** treatments for freeShe was told she could get the *** treatments and we would be dedicated in helping her or her full refund back for services and to sign a no slander saying it was settled and she had chosen to go at it on her ownI feel that was more than generous considering the stylist works off commission and product cost was a lot for the video she brought inThe stylist and I agreed to a full refund in service after multiple calls from her and the she wouldn't be happy with anything less than thatWhen called I told her if we refund her service and tip back that we do ask for her to sign a no slander form because we had settled the disputeAt first she said okayShe came in and then refused because she didn't get the product for freeWe said if she brought the product in we would refund the whole amountShe said she would be backOnly to call again and say she wanted it all back but will not sign the no slanderWe said we cannot give the money back without that being signed and informed her of the salon policies of it and that it shows it to be settled and no further action as in her part of trying to slander the salon to receive further more compensationShe then threatened legal action and I advised her that it was in my best interest not to have any further contact with her then

I am not a professional hair stylist so I depend on my stylist to know what will and will not work for my hairThat being said, I did agree to her trying to get the gray color again, but that was after I asked her what she thought I should do after it did not turn out the first timeShe did say that she did not feel comfortable with me leaving the salon with my hair looking the way it did and she wanted to try and fix itI did ask her if I had to worry about my hair falling out, she stated that she didn't think it would and I would have to baby it for a whileAs for the refund, I did agree to the $& signing the slander agreement over the phone, however, after speaking to a couple of different salons, I changed my mindWhen I went in to Trends, I requested that they give me the full refund of $because I would never have bought the product had the stylist not damaged my hairThe owner refused to cover the price of the productI decided not to bring the product back because I need to use itAlso, I read the no slander agreement and decided I did not want to sign without consulting with an attorney firstShe then stated I would not get my refund periodShe did not explain to me when I was there that it was their policy to have the agreement signedIt was after I had left and the next day through text message that she explained that to meAt this point, I believe full price from their salon and full price from the salon that fixe3d my hair should be covered by Trends
