To the Revdex.com:
First of all, I have a legitimate complaint. I also have pictures of the tint that was installed on my car by TrendSettas. I have a brand new car that is not a month old. My car was not, and is not filthy. On Tuesday, May 19, 2015, I received a text from Mr. [redacted], the text reads as follow: What’s the purpose of going to the Revdex.com it ain’t nothing wrong with your car. You complain about your tint nick picking so I tried to give you your money back, you didn’t want that so I had him re tint your window again and clean your car and you still want to find something to complain about and I don’t got time for that because if I was anybody else you would not have st to say about nothing so move on. This is the exact text I received on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. I didn’t respond to it. The business response is bogus. His business did not re tint my windows over. I have proof from pictures which was taken after the tint was completed on May 9, 2015. I can forward pictures to show proof that the tint was improperly applied. All I request now is for $185.00 to be refunded. I will incur extra expenses of having someone to remove the previous tint that was put on by TrendSettas. I have estimate from other shops to remove and replace the previous tint. In reference to the comment from the business saying I am trying to get something for nothing. The text he sent to me on Tuesday, May 9, proves that I wasn’t trying to get something for nothing. If that was the case, I would have taken the money then, but I wanted to give the business the opportunity to make good on the poor workmanship that was performed. I have complete evidence to back up my complaint.
I am well aware of the process you have to go through after you have your windows tinted. I also have a witness that was with me. I am attaching pictures for your review. As I stated before I have a brand new car. Those are lies made up by the business saying my car is filthy.

This is a very bogus complaint! This lady is a complaining family member. When windows get tinted they have to dry for two-three days before you can roll them down because of the moisture between the glass and the tint. She came back to the shop nit picking about dirt on the floor and a bubble in...

the window even tho I explain to here that she will she water till it fully dry ..so she came back pointing this n that out saying that we put dirt in her already filty car .so to stop from going back n forth with her I told her I'll clean her dirty car up and by Wednesday if that little bubble didn't disappear I'll do it over ! I told her dust particles are in the air and u can't prevent she's just trying to get something for nothing

I'm not going back and forth with this no longer so it is what it is
