[redacted] was initially assigned a project for Sat 3/- Sun 3/and did not complete it as scheduledShe was asked if she could try again the following week and responded, "Ok so we are good for sat or Sunday same times next week" to which the scheduler replied "ok I'll assign you for Sunday." [redacted] responded with, "Ok thanks." This project was scheduled for Sunday, 3/ONLY, but [redacted] completed it on Saturday 3/As that was not a valid shopping day in the program and was not the scheduled project date, we were unable to report her data to the clientThe scheduler, ***, did respond to her message within one business day to explain thisDue to the project being completed outside the required schedule date, we could not bill the client for the projectThe conversation between the scheduler and [redacted] is attachedAlthough we were unable to use the data or bill the client for this project, we will pay [redacted] to resolve this matterPayment has been issued and will be processed today

This company is a pain in the butt to work for and the pay is pathetic. More than just a couple of times, and the last time was the last time, they’ve had me resubmit photos already submitted, and answer questions on reports that were already answered within the report. The Last straw was that they refused to pay me for a perfectly good shop I did. They claimed they did not have all of the photos but after reviewing it they stated they did but it was too late to submit to the client. It was only late because of the redundant back and forth. Don’t waste your time or gas on this worthless company.

I work with several professional companies in this field and had not done much with MSI since the pay was so low. I finally attempted to do a few...and surprise for the lowest pay,the task are vague and way too much effort for $8-$15. The funny part is the seems more interest in being a smartie and "right" than he is having someone help HIM make money. I would just advise any serious inspectors or shoppers, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE FOLKS. Pretty simple.
