Trendy Butler is a terrible business model
Trendy Butler sent me two shirts that were laughably badI tried them on to show my wife just how awfulShe laughed at me
Trendy Butler WILL NOT give you a refund if you're unsatisfied
Now Trendy Butler is laughing, all the way to the bank with my money
Yes, I was intrigued by the priceYes, I was motivated to purchase subscription clothing because I hate going to the mall and being run over by a marauding mob of mns chasing Pokemon on their phones with a blatant disregard for human life - mine or theirs
No, I was not expecting there to be zero course of action for a refund from Trendy Butler when the clothes arrived and were not up to snuff
First, there were zero instructions included in the packageNot even an invoiceNothingBeing my first time using their service, it would have been nice to know that should I remove a tag in order to try on the shirt that it would null any opportunity for a return or refund.I'm sure it was buried in the terms & conditions in the footer of their websiteIn point font size, of course
Second, after engaging in an email exchange with a support agent, I was repeatedly apologized to but given no recourseAfter stewing in my frustration juices for a few days, I wrote her back and asked to have my case escalated to speak with a manager, who called after days
MEANWHILE, a charge for the clothing was placed on my credit card for $The manager, also apologetic, was "willing to step outside of their policy" but I was told I would have to pay for the return shipping and that a refund was not possible
MEANING that I would have to endure another crappy, poorly made batch of clothes until I managed to have a stranger send me something I might find wearable
Major, major service design fail, say nothing of the customer service fail
Do yourself a favor fellow consumer and avoid this business with extreme prejudiceTrendy Butler is neither trendy, nor service-focused

Awesome service, couldn't believe the clothes I received for what I'm payingI personally don't really enjoy shopping because I'm swamped with work and kidsBut finally I can have the ease at mind by knowing that I have a subscription providing the clothes that I can wear when spending time with my daughtersI'm on my 4th month and look forward to my latest package

I called them to ask about the status of my packageThey were extremely helpful and gave me details about its whereaboutsIt arrived in a couple of days and I was pretty happy with what I receivedLooking forward to continuing my service with them
I purchased a trendy butler membership in july for my husband who was intrigued. after taking the quiz which we said his favorite color was black, liked casual clothing,patterns were just plaid nothing else...real simple stuff. we ended up getting a brown sack of clothing no print, no business card, no welcome booklet...i'm not a stranger to subscriptions and for the price this was weird to me. aside from that he received an orange and blue short sleeve plaid shirt with a cut off sleeve hoodie we laughed...it wasn't anything he said hed be into but ok it was the first one. so we tried to issue an exchange and/or refund. they explained no refunds only exchanges a stylist would put together a new package more tailored to his liking. we were issued a return label and sent the package back. I ended up canceling the service so that I would not be charged for an additional month because I had still not received the exchange clothing and wasn't sure if I would keep wanting this subscription. after not hearing anything I contacted again and was informed that the stylist was still working on the package and I would be notified. so now that it was SEPTEMBER I finally called them out and told them this was ridiculous customer service and I should have something for the money they took by now and/or a refund. They explained to me that they would be able to issue me a refund since I was so unhappy but that I would have to pay for the return shipment label as this is only free for active customers. as of today october 15 they finally sent an email saying I would receive $47 of my $65 back I don't know how they do their math over there but after all the hassle i'm just glad I was able to recoup some of it back! it has been a ridiculous process! and october is way too long for rectification. also the email stipulated it will take 10 days to receive my refund making it even longer! lets see if it even happens...
TrendyButler has horrible customer service, a no refund policy, and they only send you an extra piece of clothing in next month's package if you don't like your stuff. The worst clothing service ever!
I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed Trendy Butler's services. I was skeptical at first due to them being a new company and all, however my fears were subsided the second I received my first package. There was a hoodie I REALLY enjoyed, and a sweater I wasn't all too thrilled with but might have worn. However after speaking with their concierge service I was able to easily return the item without any hassles (they even paid for return shipping!!) and I received a really awesome button-down instead. All in all I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Trendy Butler will be my personal stylist for a long time. I am eagerly now awaiting my 3rd package from them. Keep up the good job guys!
Clothes are mediocre at best. Example pictures are highly deceptive. No refunds, exchange only, which I knew going in. Fair enough. However, I have attempted to cancel service 4 times and still got charged for more shipments. Now I'm getting no response at all from customer service. VERY unprofessional. I'm forced to go through my bank and dispute. Had to change my credit card number.
This company is a joke and I've had nothing but problems with them from the start. I've spent over hey $180 and only received a pair of pants and a V-neck shirt. My other two packages I received I've had to send back immediately, The items were A joke. After the last package I received and complained about they had a stylist call me to get a better understanding of my style and what I like to wear. But just receiving my third package yesterday it was clear to me that they made no effort and listening to my requests or thoughts. Also when returning my other items that I was not happy with I still have not received the new items and my other two packages. this company is a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Been waiting for a returned package for over 3 months. Every time I email them they are saying working on it. I do not know what to do at this point.
