Clothes are mediocre at best Example pictures are highly deceptive No refunds, exchange only, which I knew going in Fair enough However, I have attempted to cancel service times and still got charged for more shipments Now I'm getting no response at all from customer service VERY unprofessional I'm forced to go through my bank and dispute Had to change my credit card number
I purchased a trendy butler membership in july for my husband who was intriguedafter taking the quiz which we said his favorite color was black, liked casual clothing,patterns were just plaid nothing else...real simple stuffwe ended up getting a brown sack of clothing no print, no business card, no welcome booklet...i'm not a stranger to subscriptions and for the price this was weird to measide from that he received an orange and blue short sleeve plaid shirt with a cut off sleeve hoodie we laughed...it wasn't anything he said hed be into but ok it was the first oneso we tried to issue an exchange and/or refundthey explained no refunds only exchanges a stylist would put together a new package more tailored to his likingwe were issued a return label and sent the package backI ended up canceling the service so that I would not be charged for an additional month because I had still not received the exchange clothing and wasn't sure if I would keep wanting this subscriptionafter not hearing anything I contacted again and was informed that the stylist was still working on the package and I would be notifiedso now that it was SEPTEMBER I finally called them out and told them this was ridiculous customer service and I should have something for the money they took by now and/or a refundThey explained to me that they would be able to issue me a refund since I was so unhappy but that I would have to pay for the return shipment label as this is only free for active customersas of today october they finally sent an email saying I would receive $of my $back I don't know how they do their math over there but after all the hassle i'm just glad I was able to recoup some of it back! it has been a ridiculous process! and october is way too long for rectificationalso the email stipulated it will take days to receive my refund making it even longer! lets see if it even happens

TrendyButler has horrible customer service, a no refund policy, and they only send you an extra piece of clothing in next month's package if you don't like your stuffThe worst clothing service ever!
