I do not recommend anyone go through this cleaning company!!!-Period A mutual friend recommended this company to meI called the company and she gave me a phone estimate of 80.00-and then went to raving about reviews and that she wanted to make sure I left her company a five star reviewI hired them do clean my empty house that I was getting ready to move into, after the cleaning lady got there to examine my house space the price was jacked up from 80.00-to She informed me that it would take the cleaning lady anywhere from 6-hours to do a deep cleanI wrote the lady that was there to clean a check for and left to run errandsI came back about two hours later and the cleaning lady said she was doneI pointed out almost everything I noticed and her response to it all was, I don't know if Crystal the owner went over the checklist with you but we don't clean thatI was in a rush at the time trying to get everything prepared for the move so I brushed it offThe next day I went to the new place that I had cleaned to get up close and personal and nothing had been cleaned, I then texted the owner and sent pictures to her phoneSome time passed and she randomly pops up at my house one day letting me know that she tried to send the lady back to my house to reclean but refused to and quitShe had me write a statement stating that and gave me her card to contact her to get the clean that I paid forI texted her the following week and she did not respondA while later I was on the phone with our mutual friend that recommended me to her and she said they were over cleaning her place for a little of nothing because of the people she had referredI asked her to contact her for me because when I tried I didn't get a response and this became the normalShe would always reply to our mutual friend and not me or I would have to contact our mutual friend so she could let the owner know that I was trying to call or text her for her to respondTo make a long story short months have went by and I was basically charged dollars for a clean that I did not receiveI have been going back and forth with the owner for some time now and have not yet been compensatedShe pleaded with me to let them come over and clean to redeem their company's name and I kindly let her know that, at this point I am all moved in and I've cleaned everything myself and I do not have worth of cleaning for her company to doShe advised me that she have kids and bills so she doesn't want to refund me my money and again offered the redeem cleaningHowever, I have four children myself and I do not have money to just throw awayAfter going back and forth with that and her realizing I was not going to accept the redeem cleaning, she told me she could refund my money in installmentsYes you read that right, installments! She said the most she was willing to give me was a weekThis did not sit well with me, because in my mind at that rate I feel I won't even see the money recieving back in such small amountsSo I went home to discuss this with my husbandI later contacted her and told her that doesn't work for us because we did not hand her a check in ecraments and that we paid her in fullThere would have been no way she would have cleaned our home if we had not paid her in full and that we wanted our money returned the same way we paid it to herAt that point she got very aggressive and rudeI politely let her know that she was very unprofessional and that at the end of the day she was running a business and if I had bought something at Walmart that didn't work and returned it, they would never pay me back over the course of five weeks, they would refund me back in exact changeShe then said she wouldn't be refunding me anything and to not contact her againI feel like My household was definitely scammed out of

A mutual friend recommended this company to me. I called the company and she gave me a phone estimate of 80.00-120.00 and then went to raving about reviews and that she wanted to make sure I left her company a five star review. I hired them do clean my empty house that I was getting ready to move into, after the cleaning lady got there to examine my house space the price was jacked up from 80.00-120.00 to 200.00. She informed me that it would take the cleaning lady anywhere from 6-8 hours to do a deep clean. I wrote the lady that was there to clean a check for 200.00 and left to run errands. I came back about two hours later and the cleaning lady said she was done. I pointed out almost everything I noticed and her response to it all was, I don't know if Crystal the owner went over the checklist with you but we don't clean that. I was in a rush at the time trying to get everything prepared for the move so I brushed it off. I asked her to contact her for me because when I tried I didn't get a response and this became the normal. She would always reply to our mutual friend and not me or I would have to contact our mutual friend so she could let the owner know that I was trying to call or text her for her to respond. To make a long story short 3 months have went by and I was basically charged 200 dollars for a clean that I did not receive. I have been going back and forth with the owner for some time now and have not yet been compensated. She pleaded with me to let them come over and clean to redeem their company's name and I kindly let her know that, at this point I am all moved in and I've cleaned everything myself and I do not have 200.00 worth of cleaning for her company to do. She advised me that she have kids and bills so she doesn't want to refund me my money and again offered the redeem cleaning. However, I have four children myself and I do not have money to just throw away. After going back and forth with that and her realizing I was not going to accept the redeem cleaning, she told me she could refund my money in installments. Yes you read that right, installments! She said the most she was willing to give me was 40.00 a week. This did not sit well with me, because in my mind at that rate I feel I won't even see the money recieving back in such small amounts. So I went home to discuss this with my husband. I later contacted her and told her that doesn't work for us because we did not hand her a check in ecraments and that we paid her in full. There would have been no way she would have cleaned our home if we had not paid her in full and that we wanted our money returned the same way we paid it to her. At that point she got very aggressive and rude. I politely let her know that she was very unprofessional and that at the end of the day she was running a business and if I had bought something at Walmart that didn't work and returned it, they would never pay me back over the course of five weeks, they would refund me back in exact change. She then said she wouldn't be refunding me anything and to not contact her again. I feel like My household was definitely scammed out of 200.00.
