Ordered cell phone charging cable on December 9,2016. Charge was applied to my credit card on December 10. Confirmation email stated that products were usually shipped within 48 hours and I would receive an email whe item was shipped. After hearing nothing after ten days I attempted to contact them via email ([email protected]). 4 emails went unanswered. On December 22 and 23 I tried to contact them with the telephone number listed on their website. Hours were listed as 9am to 8 pm eastern time. Both calls were made during these hours and both were received with a message that no one was available and to leave a message. Left message both times and did not receive a call back.. Finally called my credit card company and placed a dispute. If this is a real company I am surprised they are not in bankruptcy. If this is a scam company as I am inclined to believe they should be shut down rather than being allowed to scam customers. I will NEVER deal with them again and will to tell others about my experience.
