There was never any mention of store credit on 12/ Store credit was mentioned in an email dated January 5th, 2015, and I have the emails to document that That would be 2-months after payment and non-delvery of items
I do not wish to deal with this business again and would like a refund for merchandise never received at an exact cost of $as that was paid in full on November 6, (see attached) "Store credit" would be acceptable if there was a chance of ever receiving any items ordered from this business, but after the last order and the total lack of customer service regarding it for 7-weeks, I have no confidence in that credit ever resulting in receiving any merchandise, so I will not accept store creditPlease refund 2-shirts never received and priced at $and $respectively for a total of $ I paid full shipping cost to ship one shirt, not three, however I do not wish any shipping refund

This customers credit card is flagged as potential fraudulent as apparently she disputes too many charges so there was a delay with this order. Now we see why. Customer was sent 4 of the 8 items and a store credit was issued for the remaining 4. We do not issue refunds.We sent her...
three different shipping emails and a store credit. She claims to have received none. If she truly has not received the credit, please have her contact us again but politely and we will send it again to her. She may also want to contact her card holder and see if there is a way to prevent delays such as this due to her credit worthiness as apparently she is a high risk buyer.Thank you.
Review: I placed on online order in March 2013 for 5 shirts. I received 3 of them in May but the other 2 were never delivered. No one responds to my emails and there is no phone number or address listed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the 2 shirts I did not receive.

Showing all 5 items on this order were shipped in 2 shipments in may. This was 6 months and and to date have not received anything from this buyer. Please have her respond with what she did not receive so we can research this.
