They stole Money from Me!!!
Trendy Tech sent me an E-Mail saying I won a Wet/Dry Vacuum From Ace Hardware and I needed only pay for Shipping. Well, I usually Del these E Mail but this one I didn't so I paid the Shipping fee of $4.59 cents on my CC. AND 2 days Later there was a charge for $68.49 cents on my CC these PPL from Trendy Tech Media took Money from me without Permission. Watch out for these People, and I am going to make it unpleasant for these Trendy Tech People if I don't get my money back and My Wet/Dry Vacuum on my doorstep!

I RECEIVED MY 2 NECKRELAX BUT NEITHER WORK!
I HAVE EMAILED THINK TECH SALES LTD SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE! I GUESS I WILL JUST THROW THEM IN THE GARBAGE AND CALL IT A LOSE!

I bought a Blaux room air cooler and my credit card has been processed but I have not received my room cooler. This has been almost a month ago. I have sent emails to 3 different support email addresses and I have not received any responses. I never received an email receipt either. Thank you!

I received my product today. I had previously complained about no response to my emails or lack of tracking progress information. One of the three websites was trendy tech media. I'm happy this situation is resolved. Thank you!

On June 22, 2020 I ordered and was charged for one of the portable air conditioners for the sum of $98.94 I also ordered an extra filter for $14.99.
On June 22, 2020 I ordered one of their portable air conditioners for the sum of $98.94 and an extra filter for $14.99. I never received the item I have followed up with several emails, made a telephone call and they can't seem to find the order. They seem to find my bank OK to get their money. This is a lot of money for me to just lose when I need the air conditioner for medical reasons. Other than the one phone call I haven't had no answers to emails and still none from the phone call. Any help you can give would be deeply appreciated. I ordered from their ad on Facebook but they are advertising everywhere. I can get a copy from my bank statement if necessary to show they did make the charges.

Desired Outcome

I either want this item delivered within 10 days or I want my refund within the same period of time. This is my third scam from ads on Facebook. And it makes me angry just say they are still advertising all over the Internet

I ordered a screen mirror device on 4/30/20 and paid $68.94. The device does not work with my tv. I emailed 3 times, no response. I called, no answer. Phone number XXX XXX XXXX.
I also ordered, separately, a Wi-Fi booster for $48.90. I didn't realise it was the same company. Same problem, doesn't work, I can't get a response.
I sent both devices back in June 11th with supporting documentation. Both devices were paid through PayPal. Advertising was initially through Facebook so I don't order anything I see on the site now.
At the very least I'd like to make sure that if this company ( us phone number is published as XXX XXX XXXX) gets called out for deceptive practices.

I ordered 3 neckrelax massagers on 5-26-2020. cost was ***
my completed order said shipping would be in 5-10 days. on or about 6-10-2020 I called the number ***. I got a recording to leave a message. I ask for an update on my order. I left my number, they already have my email address. two days later I called the same number again. I left a message asking for an update or a refund to my account of *** on 6-16-2020 I tried to track my order but the number was wrong but I could use my phone number which is ***. my order came up but I could not check the status. today is 6-21-2020 and still no call or email from this outfit. I would like my money returned to my account. I used my visa debit card. I will not order from this company again. thank you

the units just came in the mail. everything looks good and I have used one with good results. thank you for your help with this matter.

Did not receive product after 32 days so far. Contacted them twice and then asked to cancel order. They have not responded.
I ordered a WiFi Booster April 9 and when I didn't receive it in a reasonable time ( by Apr. 20) so I wrote and asked about the status. They told me it might take between 15 and 20 days before it would be received. They had to check their warehouse. I sent them another note two days ago and have received no word. It is now 32 days and I've not received the product or a refund.

I have tried & tried to get someone to respond to my request for a refund.
Purchased THREE of these back in January, 26, 2019. I have emailed them several times, letting them know that these WiFi Booster units do NOT work. They are not doing anything except using electricity!

Order #*** for a total of $101.19 paid with my credit card. The units have a SN# *** I have been scammed & have tried to get a refund. I called the phone number *** in February 3, 2019 & was on hold for over 25 minutes & it was on MY DIME! Nobody ever answered the phone. I then emailed *** on 2/8/19. They emailed me instructions, as I guess they figured that was the problem. They still didn't work. Even my browsers that I tried to get to *** is a NON RESPONSIVE SERVER.

Desired Outcome

I have emailed them again this year. I feel that I have been scammed & I cannot get them to respond at all. I would like help in getting this information out & to know if anyone else has had problems like I have. I would like my money back & make people aware of this.

We apologize for any technical difficulty that the customer is experiencing. Please be informed that the customer purchased the item on January 26, 2019 and received the item on February 1, 2019.

Our terms and conditions are clear. The customers may return their purchase within 30 days from receipt, to be eligible for a return and refund.

Since the customer exceeded our 3-day return policy, refund is no longer possible.

I returned a product I ordered and never received my refund.
In January 2019 I ordered 2 antenna from a company name LiveWave antenna which was advertise by the company. After receiving the product I found out that it didn't work like it was advertised. So I returned it back by certified mail. And have been waiting on my fund since then My last contact with them was June 22, 2019. And haven't heard back from them yet. The product cost me

I would like the business to stop advertising false advertisement. And stand by the product that it advertise. And refund any money that is been misused. I would like to get my money back.

Misrepresentation of a product sold by Trendy Tech Media
I contacted the company via email 13 times. To start was an inquiry as to the channel line up available in my area. I was reassured both by their website and a customer representative that I would receive ION tv along with several hundred others. The Livewave Antenna arrived today April 22,2019 and would not receive a single channel (ZERO). The product was purchased Feb 15, 2019 ***. The emails were with *** the Customer Rep. Today (4/22/19)I spoke with a manager *** returning the product and was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping. Then and only then would I receive a full credit to my credit card. I feel they totally misrepresented what the product was and what channels I was expected to get. I am reaching out via social media and other means to inquire about other customers have the same problems with this company and the several products they sell.

Desired Outcome

I would like to see this company investigated so far as other complaints and resolutions achieved. My belief is that I am most certainly not the only customer with unresolved complaints against this company. I would also like a full product credit and return shipping costs reimbursed.

I don't need nonsense excuses. If you are not prepare for shipments, why you are in business.
This is a very wrong way to do business. I assure you that my discontent and terrible customer services will be published in the social media.

I ordered an item from them 2 weeks ago. In their ad it said 3 days for delivery now I'm told it could be early April before I get my item.
I placed an order with this company on 2/07/19. Their ad said I would have the item in 3 days. After 1 week I emailed them to try & get a tracking number and was told the item was on back order. A couple of days later I emailed them again to get the same answer. I emailed them again this morning (2/21/19) to be told they are out of the item & they are expecting a shipment on 3/25/19. I ordered this item because it was supposed to ne quick to get here. 2 weeks later still nothing.

I want my order canceled & my money back.
