I've never received voicemail messages from ***I'm wondering how they can log voicemail callsI made many attempts to get her on the phoneThe only message I received and I saved was on 9-10-from *** @ 1122am and I called back that afternoonI can meet *** the morning of 10-14-when they open and show her my hair but will be unavailable after this date to do so

In response to Trendz response almost everything *** and *** stated was untrue and erroneousI tried to get *** by phone for nearly a week, and she never once left me a voicemailThe Tuesday after my hair appt I stayed up all day and waited for her to call and she never didI spoke with *** 2x that day and I'd had surgery the day beforeI have a hard time believing a business owner is too busy to come to the phone day after day---I've just been to another stylist in the area for a consultation and she was rather horrified at the color of my hair and stated it looked like I'd done it at home out of a boxI'm not going to go though the response letter and dispute everything that was saidI just want a full or partial monetary refund so I can go to another business and get this correctedLet me reiterate that I've never said my hair hasn't been done correctly to ***; what I said was this year of I've had bad experiences prior to her, but I have plenty of photos of my hair on my phone from the past 18mos that I can provide showing it done correctlyAt the end of the hour visit she noticed I was visibly upset and asked me what was the matter to which I replied I didn't like the dark piece in front and the brassy colorShe was curt (maybe she doesn't realize her tone) and blamed what was done before.

I am rejecting this response because: I stated in my last rejection that I could meet [redacted] on Tues before noon and only then. I've since had my hair redone and color-corrected at another salon which took 5 hours to accomplish. If she is not willing to give me a full or even partial refund I'm ready to close this complaint. It would be nice to get some money back since I just spent an additional $100 to fix the mistakes. She is more than welcome to call the stylist at my current salon and hear what I went through to get all of the yellow and orange out of my hair.

We stand behind the work that our stylist [redacted] did on [redacted]. We are more than willing to work with him and get his hair to a place that he is happy with. Please know that we did call [redacted] back several times and left messages as well. I am sorry if he did not receive those messages but we have our phone logs to verify this. We always stand behind our work and always want our clients to be 100% satisfied. We take your complaint very serious and would love the chance to address and consult on his hair concerns.
