Trenton Mercer Airport

Review: I had a flight going out of TTN airport today (9/28/15) at 12:23pm. I reported at least 45 mins prior to my departure time but had online issues all morning with checking in to my flight. So I tried doing it at the kiosks, and like many customers before me, it had an error and told you report to the ticket agent. So because of that everyone had to wait in line, which was fine at first because there was plenty of time. I stood in line and watched as it took 2 out of the 6 agents available take 25 mins to work with 2 customers. All the rest of the agents were just standing around talking. So a few of us who were in line, on time, missed the flight because the lazy agents. I normally would take ownership for missing a flight but the problem was not on my end. Then I called to get my flight moved to tomorrow (9/30/15) or reimbursed and long story short I was told I could change anything regarding my flight for the next 24 hrs, so I called back to cancel it and get reimbursed and found out 1) they never changed my flight over to the following day AND 2) they refused to reimburse me. And I spoke with a supervisor who was aware of the online issues they were having. So that being said this was clearly an airline issue. This is not how customer service should to be handled (I know because I have worked in the customer service industry all my life). It was very frustrating and completely unexceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my flight.
