Failure to correct problems with internet service.I have been paying for internet speeds of 8Mbps. Have conducted several speed tests which have resulted in lower speeds than what I pay for. Service is poor and intermittent. Have made numerous requests with company to resolve the issue. Company has still not sent service personal to repair the issue. A representative of the company has stated that someone will show up to fix the issue, but nobody ever comes. I have been having this issue for over 4 months. I have been going to college for 2 years for computer science. I know that cable internet requires a good clean signal from the main line. This company needs to supply a good line from the pole to the router in order to achieve the service advertised. This has not been done yet, despite numerous requests.Desired SettlementWould like the company to provide the service I have been paying for. Business Response In response to case $4XXXXXXX, Cable Companies are only responsible to the DMAC. Inside wiring falls under the customers responsibility. We do service insidewiring, but chargess apply to activation, wiring or rewiring. The proper way is to make it clear what you are requesting done and a quote will be given.
