Trent's Small Construction

All I wanted was a freaking brick mailbox built. I gave Trents Small Construction half of the money on April 27, 2015, as a down payment for a brick mailbox to be built. They started the job and got about 40% done and what they got done is sloppy, uneven, a brick turned the wrong way and exactly the opposite of the quality they showed me in some pictures. They quit working on the mailbox on May 11, 2015, and have not been back. They will not communicate with me as to why they are not working on it until I contact them. I have contacted several times and always say it's raining, a death in the family, birthday party and other things. I am a reasonable guy and I know life happens but with NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER it gives me the feeling you are being ripped off. If I had not contacted them I honestly believe they would have never tried to communicate to me. Twice they let a week go by without any word from them until I contacted them. They just wasted all the pretty days to build a mailbox. When I do get in touch with them they always say we will be there tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. I am tired of messing with all their excuses and I feel like I am being ripped off. I also know of at least 2 other people they have done the same way. I am trying to get them to file a complaint with the Revdex.com too.Sincerely,[redacted] P.S.
