Tres Chic Salon and Spa

Review: Tres Chic Salon and Spa had a promotional massage on www.Doubletakedeals.com for $32.50 For 1-Hour Therapeutic Massage ($65 Value) which expires on 1/14/2014. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that their massage therapist quit there job and they were going to hire a new person. I gave it about a month and a half, then returned to their store. I was told that they would put the $32.50 amount toward a haircut or some other type of service because they still hadnt found anyone for the massage position. I gave it another month and decided to call to book a massage appointment. This time they told me that they didnt know if they were going to hire anyone for the massage position but I can use the $32.50 toward another salon service. That is not what I wanted, I have a salon for my hair that I am a regular customer at. I wanted the massage that they had promised. I purchased two of these promotional massages and havent gotten anything I agreed to pay for. I still have the print out of these. They have my money, which had gotten take out of my bank account immediately.Desired Settlement: I purchased two of these offers off of Doubetakedeals.com, and I would like the total amount of $65.00 to be refunded to me.

I am writing in regards to a letter I received from the Revdex.com. I understand there was a complaint made due to my salon not having a massage therapist. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I have not been able to find a massage therapist to replace the one that I had. I did not want to bring someone in that did not have a following so that this problem would not happen again. I offer to fix the problem either by giving a gift certificate in the amount that she spent or just by giving back her money in full. I did not mean to upset anyone. As the owner I strive to make sure all of our clients are happy. I personally did not make any money from doing this. It was strictly to get new clients in here and to help build the massage therapists book. Double take deals personally took out any money from her account. I am willing to give that money back or a gift certificate in the amount she spent to use at the salon for anything she would like. Again I apologize for the inconvenience. Anything I can do to make this better I will do. Thank you in advance.
