On 2018-Aug-01, I placed an order on the website for two "DRAGONS BREATH" rings (blue size 12 -and- black/blue size 10). Website took the on-line payment, and I received an email indicating the order had been received. Order #***. I know and understand the rings were to take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. On 2018-Sep-27, I forwarded that email order to [email protected] requesting a status update on my order, and received a response roughly 13 hours later stating "as indicated on the the purchase page will take between 2-6 weeks to arrive. Once we have further information we will let you know". I responded back on Sep 28th that the order was now 8 weeks out (2 weeks overdue). No response. On 2018-Oct-02, I sent a follow-up message which has received no reply. On 2018-Oct-04, I called the phone number listed on the website (account for the 6 hour time zone difference) at 8:06a Hawaiian time. The phone rang 4 times before going to an automated notification that the voice mailbox
