After reviewing Ms***'s account I do see there was an error in the amount charged We have corrected the error and will be sending out a new statement Unfortunately, per the terms of her lease she will still be responsible for the day notice to vacate that was not turned in At no time prior to this has Ms [redacted] contacted me, however she had spoken to my assistant, [redacted] , about doing a payment arrangementWe would be happy to make an arrangement to pay off the balance due Please have Ms [redacted] contact myself or [redacted] as soon as possible
