[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but do want to point out that the response from the business is not completely true As a consumer, I expected my dress to be advertised as *** told me it would be on February 11, when I dropped my dress was dropped off and signed the agreement According to the agreement I signed, the fee is $for consignment for "internet and store" for dresses $100+ [redacted] said they would put the dress on a mannequin to take picturesShe also did state that their store website did not have the functionality of posting dresses yet I said that was fine because she said they put the dresses on *** So, when I picked the dress up the box looked like it was not opened I DID stated this at the store [redacted] told me it was opened She offered to try to sell it for another month I did decline When I got home, I looked over the box very carefully All of the original tape was still on the box that the dry cleaner put on it to seal it in How were pictures taken? Instead of replying and threatening a lawyer, just apologize and own up to the agreement being broken Nothing I was told was done as the store stated it would be If the store did take pictures and post my dress on [redacted] online then I would like to see proof No proof up to this point was given to me or offered after our phone conversation Show me the pictures of my dress or where it is on [redacted] then I will believe that the store did as they said they would But, at this point, I will accept the refund which was NEVER offered to me, as *** reply stated, until I contacted The Revdex.com [redacted] did not offer this on our phone conversation I also was not rude, I was upset Anyone would be that paid money for an agreement that was so obviously broken by the store I do believe an apology is in order as well I did not do anything wrong, the store did, even though they say they didn't I completely trusted the store with my dress I don't care that they have been in business for four years That means nothing to me Just be honest, own up, apologize, and refund the money That's all I wanted to begin with but was NOT offered until now [redacted]

Per our agreement, we retain exclusive rights to market the dress as we see fit. When the person making the complaint came in we offered as a courtesy to attempt to sell the dress for
another month at not charge. The person making the complaint declined, and left without having the courage to express their concerns. She then called back and insulted the owner, insuniated we were commiting fraud and was extremely rude. The owner offered a refund and the person making the complaint hung up
We are still willing to refund the $but if the person making the complaint says one more negative thing about Tresa's Bridal we will contact our attorney and began a suit for defamation of character. Since we did nothing wrong the person making the complaint has choices...keep their opinions to themselves and get a refund, keep their opinions to themselves and get no refund, or express their opinion, constituting defamation and become party to a lawsuit. Tresa's Bridal has been in business for years and has never had a single complaint lodged against us.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but do want to point out that the response from the business is not completely true. As a consumer, I expected my dress to be advertised as *** told me it would be on February 11, when I dropped my dress was dropped off and signed the agreement. According to the agreement I signed, the fee is $for consignment for "internet and store" for dresses $100+ *** said they would put the dress on a mannequin to take picturesShe also did state that their store website did not have the functionality of posting dresses yet. I said that was fine because she said they put the dresses on ***. So, when I picked the dress up the box looked like it was not opened. I DID stated this at the store *** told me it was opened. She offered to try to sell it for another month. I did decline. When I got home, I looked over the box very carefully. All of the original tape was still on the box that the dry cleaner put on it to seal it in 1997. How were pictures taken? Instead of replying and threatening a lawyer, just apologize and own up to the agreement being broken. Nothing I was told was done as the store stated it would be. If the store did take pictures and post my dress on *** online then I would like to see proof. No proof up to this point was given to me or offered after our phone conversation. Show me the pictures of my dress or where it is on *** then I will believe that the store did as they said they would. But, at this point, I will accept the refund which was NEVER offered to me, as *** reply stated, until I contacted The Revdex.com *** did not offer this on our phone conversation. I also was not rude, I was upset. Anyone would be that paid money for an agreement that was so obviously broken by the store. I do believe an apology is in order as well. I did not do anything wrong, the store did, even though they say they didn't. I completely trusted the store with my dress. I don't care that they have been in business for four years. That means nothing to me. Just be honest, own up, apologize, and refund the money. That's all I wanted to begin with but was NOT offered until now

I had a great experience with Sonoran Studios making a short video clip for a professional organizationWe requested quotes from half a dozen companies and Sonoran was by far the most professional and complete in the quote processTheir prices were comparable or lower than the others, and they actually cared about getting the right information from us up front, rather than just booking the saleAfter we selected them, Sonoran Studios made the whole process so easy, and a lot more fun than we expectedHighly recommended! I would absolutely recommed this company to my friends and family
