As I wasn't present at the time she brought in the repair, I was not aware of her request for a quoteOur jeweler was given the bracelet for repairIf she is unhappy with the repair and would like to return it to our store, we will be happy to replace the clasp with a smaller clasp and refund the difference

I am not going back, but I was not only NEVER given a quote, but no one EVER called to tell me it was readyI had to call myself and the man said, "Yeah, it's here and done."
How could they not provide at least a quote? When I asked the man what the cost might be, he said someone would get back to meNo one ever did until I called and found out it was already done
