I just finished the purchase process of a Avis 2016 Lincoln Navigator through IFS. I worked with an IFS team that was outstanding! Rajneesha *** set up my ultimate test drive at a at Avis, Alan *** was my remote "sales" process contact and Brandon *** was my final IFS contact that helped make sure the final process went smoothly down to my receipt of title on the Lincoln. I have to say for those that have not purchased a car in this fashion, like myself, rest assured, the process works! I was fearful in several steps of the process because it was so different then how I purchased cars in the past. The team I had at IFS (Raj, Alan & Brandon) were really outstanding! Now that I have gone through the process of purchasing a car from Avis in this fashion, I can't see purchasing a used car in any other way! The free ultimate 2 hour test drive to make sure you like the vehicle without a sales person tagging along in a seat next to you is a "freeing" experience! This is such a unique way to test drive and purchase a car remotely, their is really no competition! If Avis sets the fixed non-negotiable price correctly based on prior rental car history, it is worth going for it! Next time I'm in the market to purchase a nearly new vehicle, I will look at IFS and Avis as my first and potentially only stop! Thank you Avis, IFS, but most of all the team of Raj, Alan and Brandon!

The purchase process with IFS was smooth and effortless; our IFS point of contact was Darla Burn. She was knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions we had and very kind. In short she made our purchase memorable, I plan to use them again when we consider another buy.
