I was able to obtain a refund from the merchant. I believe it was because they were aware I had filed a complaint. It still took me 40 minutes and was very uncomfortable. The sales tactics of this business would be better suited to tijuana. Customer service is not their specialty and I was very upfront about this with them.

the whole purchase but we did come to an agreement on a partial return and credit for returned product.  I would not purchase from this company again under any circumstances.  Their sales tatics are that of a purchase at a Time Share, high pressure to purchase and to encourage you to buy, they offer many free items which in the end are not free, the customer is charged for them. I do accept some responsibility for not paying enough attention to the receipt, but it was the last port on a cruise I was on and being on holiday in Maui, what can I say.  My inattention made me an easy target for the sales rep.  Also their return policy is not very good as they only allow a few days and as I was at sea for five more days returning to my home port I did not notice the sales receipt until I got home.  I was unable to reach them until after the Revdex.com got involed and had to call the eastern U.S. to even get a customer service number as the store never answered their phone.

I'm actually glad I didn't have a chance to review the other posts on her before stopping with my wife for Valentine's Day. The reviews are detouring, but I was very impressed by the knowledge and the level of service that they provided both me and my wife while we were there. In no way did I feel "trapped" rather the opposite, I didn't want to leave. It was a very relaxing visit for both me and my wife and we will be coming back frequently as my wife raves about the creams. Thank you all for your courtesy and professionalism!

I visited Maui in March while walking down the street of Lahiana I was introduced to Karin Ben Simon what a wonderful person she invited me in and set with me and my three friends and introduced me to tresor rare products. What an awesome experience Karin offered me a facial wow what an amazing time and such a treat for me. Karin is so experienced and attentive to me I have never had such a spa day like that in my life. I was sold the products and the maui location made my vacation perfect. I was so impressed with the products that I sign up to have the use my results on the website. I can not say enough about Karin and tresor rare I will use it for the rest of my life

I am rejecting this response because:  Henri sent an email asking for my contact info. and the best time for him to call. I sent it to him and after 4 days I was not contacted. I sent an email asking when I could expect a call and he responded saying he would call me on the 9th between 5 and 8 pm. He has not called.
