Tresor Rare

Never received merchandise from order
Never received eye cream and order according to my Las Vegas purchase. Assured this was a part of my purchase in Nassau, Bahamas. This was deceptive sales tactics and high pressure sales.

Purchased and returned products in same condition- failure to advise regarding return policyfraudulent sales tactics at the time of purchase.
On Thursday, March 28, 2019, my two children and I were casually walking along Las Olas Boulevard when we were lured into the Tresor Rare store. With excessive flattery and playful dialogue with my young kids, Cashier *** Amir slapped some eye cream on my face and then lured me into the back room where I was placed on a table and MS. Barbara started putting creams and using a face machine on me. Once the "special treatment" was done, MS. Barbara confides in me and tells me that the eye cream doesnt really work and the special treatment machines can be bought by me for a very good deal. Within minutes my credit card had been charged $2500, with no information regarding refunds and/or exchanges. A simple print out from clover.com was all I was provided.
Immediately regret set in and I called the store asking to speak with a manager. I was given the run around and then contacted the manager on her private cell phone. No response.
The following morning, my children and I went back to the store with all of the untouched and unopened product and three of the salesgirls start texting and calling their manager and speaking in Hebrew. They all claimed that the policy is the policy and that they cannot give a refund unless and until the manager arrives. I advise them that their policy is not written on my receipt and was never advised to me.
I demanded my money back and left the products untouched on the counter. I advised them that the products were never touched and/or opened.
I immediately called my bank and filed a claim.

On my first cruise Oct 1, 2018 and while touring some of the smaller shops this young man named *** approaches my husband and I from the back of the Harley Davidson store in an alley where other stores, and restaurant are; asked me and my husband to follow him to his store so he can show us this great product for eye's. CSR *** asked what product I normally use? Informed him Clinque, great product he stated but he has something better called Tresor Rare Eye Lift (60 sec), Long story short he insisted on the price of over $200.00 I said nope, he was I can give you my manager discount box for $60.00, my husband said NO, CSR got really pushing and then my husband said were done here, and we left. Let's say, Scammers! Thank goodness my husband know's how to handle them, otherwise I probable would of been scammed. Be careful, and save your money
