I was never emailed multiple times in regards to my orderThe only time I would receive an email from this company was after I was able to get someone on the phone to voice a complaint about why I haven't received my order and why when I did finally receive the hair is still was not the complete orderMy receipt clearly stated that promotion was still ongoing and it also clearly has the item listed that was not in the package I receivedWhen I spoke to someone from the company about not receiving the order she did not have a reasonable excuseShe claimed I should have received an email stating the promotion was over but that never happenedShe had also spoken to me multiple times on the phone regarding my order and never once mentioned that the promotion had expiredThat Was the only reason I placed an order with this companyThe website let me place the order with no issue stating the terms were buy two bundles of hair get one freeEven after all of this the so called *** never called me as promised and I still have not received the hair or a tracking number which I have asked for multiple times without a responseI filed a claim that I had not recieved the items because at the time I had not and no one answered the phone at this organization on the day they claimed the item would be shipped or responded to my emailsI'm still waiting for a bundle of hair that I was told my email would be sent almost weeks agoThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never deal with this company again.

My experience with Tressence Virgin Hair, LLC was beyond terrible. I purchased the hair on Tues, Oct [redacted] with insured 5-7 business day shipping. I was a little confused about their shipping policy so I attempted to contact them by phone using the contact number provided on their website as well as [redacted]. I called MULTIPLE times and the calls always went unanswered. I tried calling them for four days straight, using different numbers, because I assumed at that point they were probably tired of seeing my name pop up on their caller ID-- all calls went unanswered. By Friday, I continued to attempt to call, but the calls were going straight to voice message. Between those days, I sent emails, most of them went unanswered and when I did receive ONE response from the many emails sent, their response was very vague and did not provide any detailed information. According to them, my items were to be shipped on by Friday or Saturday, 4-5 days days after I placed my order. By the end of Saturday, I contacted [redacted]l to request a refund but at that time I did not meet refund criteria. The same day I contacted [redacted]l was the day they decided to reply to me, I'm sure this is because of the email sent to them from [redacted]l. I received an email on MONDAY stating that [redacted] was awaiting the items to be received so they can be shipped. This was almost a complete week after placing the order. The status of [redacted] had not changed for the whole day, which made me a little more skeptical because not only were my items not shipped yet, [redacted] had not received anything to ship. I contacted [redacted] again and they escalated the dispute to a claim and they also requested tracking information from Tressence to investigate further. Of course, the same day I contacted [redacted] was the same day they conveniently emailed me regarding my order with a sorry excuse of an apology stating "they apologize for the delayed response." Yeah right! 7 days in and EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED, I contacted [redacted]l again that evening because the [redacted] status had not changed. The representative at [redacted]l attempted to use the tracking number to track the shipment, but the representative noted that there was no item to track because the items had not been shipped to [redacted]. All in all, I was granted a full refund of $482.00. Had I not contacted [redacted]l, I'm almost positive I wouldn't have received my hair within the same week or gotten a refund. I looked at other reviews and other customers had the same complain of not being able to get in contact with the vendor. It was definitely a lesson learned. What's most terrible, after [redacted]l granted my refund, I received an email from them stating they were going to stop shipment. They're so quick to contact you after [redacted]l notifies you, but never take initiative to respond to your individual emails. If you want good customer service and your hair in a respectable time DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I Guessing it’s my turn to tell my story but sadly it’s not very different from any of the reviews I’ve seen! I Ordered My Hair On 03/27/18 It is Now 04/04/18 And I still have not received my hair. At this point I just would like my money back and I’m wondering does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about that?! Their scamming ppl and I have no idea on how to get in contact with them. Any suggestions would help

I ordered my hair on 2/1/18. I have been emailing, texting and calling for the past 2 weeks and have not yet received a response or my order as of today 2/20/18. This is insane and I am very disappointed. Can someone help me either get my order or my money back

I ordered the hair 2 weeks ago from today (1/12/18) from Tressence Virgin Hair. On the 13th, I received an email that the pre-shipment label had been created and that my package was on its way to a USPS facility. It is the 26th, and the tracking still says the same. I had a big event on the 22nd I needed the hair for, and I was unable to have it for the event. Also, I have been reaching out to them via email and Facebook for the past week, and nobody has responded to me. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. I will be getting the police to investigate them. This is absolutely a terrible way to do business, and I will never buy another single bundle of hair from this website again. Now I have file a claim through USPS in hopes that they will give me the money I paid them; however, I doubt they will accept that responsibility because according to the shipping label, they NEVER received the package from Tressence Virgin. Hair. The status is that it still needs to be sent to USPS from them, which is unacceptable!

My order number is #7331... I made my order 10/31/17 after atempting to reach the company numerous times I finally received an email 11/6/17stating that my shippment was on the way and that I coukd track it via the USPS tracking number and that I would get my package in 1-3 days with priority shipping... Well that was 11/6/17 and via the tracking it say they uave created a shipoing lable but THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED MY PACKAGE ... It's not 11/9/17 @ 8:29pm and the USPS Office is closed! I've called 6 times today... I've commented on their facebook posts, I've sent emails and facbook messages... $399.00 could have been used else where. I have contacted my bank and given them a heads up avout this company, I will be contacting my Lawyer if my items are not received by 11/14/17 and prosecuting this company for fraud!

I tried to contact them several times about my order by email and no response, so I contacted my bank ad file fraud charges against them. This company is a scram and will keep you money so beware. Sandra Hobson.
